Shower hot temperature good

TV channels hopeless & setting was in Thailand language. The room was bathroom smell as u enter No chairs , hotpot & glasses to mix drink Parking was charged

Location is okay. We were most happy when we could leave the garbage dump after even some other hotel guests urged us to leave as soon as possible. It was better for my guts that they did not serve breakfast.

It started with bloodstains and mold in our first room. The next room was also full with water stains, stains in the sheets and mold. We left the next morning after unable to sleep because of loud Indian music and an astma attack.

Its location and the staff are friendly..

I think the management is not taking care of the property...tap broken,furniture chipped, electric socket broken and worst small cocroch running everywere

The booking showed free breakfast, but the hotel didn't provide it.

Quite okay for a cheap hotel

The room is okay, there is some unpleasant smell in my room, but after on the aircond, it is okay. The breakfast is very bad, only one type of dish for rice and bread. And it is not free, u need to pay RM 10. For the the price is not worth. Better u go other place to eat

The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating with various issues. They did their best to fulfill my request for a quiet room with WiFi strong enough to conduct Zoom calls - which it wasn't. My room looked out across to the new Merdeka Tower; second tallest building in the world. Neighborhood was 'well lived in,' and a bit grungy compared to most, but I walked all over KL from here - including the nearby Jalon Alor food market street.

My first room for 4 nights was 606 and terrible! The housekeeper didn't know what they were doing and barged into my room twice; once very late at night after I was already sleeping. Making matters worse, the bed was positioned directly under the AC and had a dry, stale quality that left my eyes itching and throat scratching. Fortunately, a plumbing problem in the room next to mine facilitated a non-requested but greatly appreciated move to 706 - which was like being in an entirely different facility, brighter, cleaner, but also the bed was positioned off to the side of the AC. Still, I ended up terribly sick!

Near to city centre, worth for money, comfort and clean.

Not that clean..no towels and tissues prepared for guests..U need to call the reception just to ask for towels and tissues..

opposite the bus station (can go to the airport) but the hotel have shuttle bus to take you to the airport with good price.

Bedsheets very very dirty. Room too small. Walls very dirty.The staff was nice but the room was terrible.

Not much to like

It needs some serious renovation, if not some cleaning. For the same price, you can stay in such a better place! It was very dirty, the shower wasn't even cleaned, there were no towels. I asked for a towel and wasn't provided. Okay if you are staying for one night by force for the location.

it is located at the centre of KL.

1. no parking provided2 the tv is not function at all3. the bed and pillow was not comforting at all4. i felt suffocate in the room5. the sink located outside the bathroom

good for the location

Very unclean, bedsheets were stained/dirty, only one towel was provided for 2 people, one half used toilet roll, shower had poor pressure and temperature was tempermental.
