i once stay at level 4 with lil bit quite and comfy, when i stay at level 1, there is a connecting room and its so noisy to hear the otherside of room from there.

I think everything there is really good while still staying on budget. The bed was comfy (we accidentally slept in one morning because of it), they provided us with bottled water and toiletries everyday, and the shower was very nice and hot! Location is wonderful too affordable with great eats all around.

The room clean and good smell.. room got water heater and hair dryer.. very strategic place.. near the monorail station, mall and got shop like 7eleven and kk mart..

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant and offered good value for money. The facilities and services provided were satisfactory and met expectations. However, the bed was not particularly comfortable, which slightly affected the quality of rest. Additionally, the bathroom space was relatively small, which may impact comfort for me.

the room was clean and the staff was helpful. the location is perfect because its right next to kl sentral. all you had to do was cross a bridge to get into nu sentral. there's a 24 hour family mart at nu sentral so you dont have to worry about finding snacks in the middle of the night.

the air conditioning unit's fan was broken and was being held in place with a screw so the swing function on the remote was useless. basically we had to adjust the fan ourselves which was kind of funny.

Great location, good wifi, clean property. The room is small and not really enough space to open big luggage. Close to big mall and restaurant.

Location, Price and facilities are exceptional. A clean hotel in front of NU Central mall. Monorail is at a stone throw distance. Metro and airport train/shuttle are nearby. Lots of eating options

soundproofing is bad. people across the floor will slam their door and you will hear it. walls are thin, I could hear my neighbor talk. room has visible signs of wear, probably needs a fresh layer of paint.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, there were a few unexpected issues that I encountered:Room Issue:Upon arrival, I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor. However, when I tried to enter, I discovered that there was no electricity in the room. Additionally, I noticed that the room card was already inside the room, which prevented me from using my own card to access the room. I had to seek assistance from the receptionist, who then helped me change to a room on the 2nd floor.Power Interruptions:While staying in the new room on the 2nd floor, I experienced several power trips during my stay, specifically at 3:00 am, 5:00 am, 6:00 am, and 11:00 am. I reported the issue, and I appreciate the staff’s prompt assistance each time.Maintenance Concerns:I am concerned about the repeated power interruptions and would like to suggest that more thorough maintenance be conducted to prevent such issues in the future. Consistent power supply is important for guest comfort and convenience.

The location is great—you can easily reach the central station.

The bed seat was unclean and had visible blood stains.

The location is super convenient with easy access to transport, a pleasant street view, and a 100% non-smoking environment throughout the property.

I just wish there was a terrace or some open space to relax under the night sky—it would’ve made the stay even more special.
