Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur Chinatown

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with recommending activities and places to check out. The location was fantastic with close access to public transit and Chinatown

The location is convenient.The egg station of the breakfast buffet was very efficient.KL was a good place to visit so the hotel stay was just a sideshow.

The check in was very slow. Room service does not deliver beer or drinks to the room, and the bar served the most lackluster Gin and Tonic I have seen for multitude of years.It was a hassle getting the extra bed delivered, and getting the room cleaned even if we were out all day.

The location was terrific, the staff were phenomenal, the facilities were excellent. The pool deck and restaurant have great views. The breakfast was the most extensive and delicious of any hotel I’ve stayed in. I’ve been traveling for two months and this is the best property on my whole trip.

My only issue was the elevators took a bit of time to arrive, so just plan to leave a little extra time when using the elevators.

Elevators required a wait when the hotel was busy, but not a big deal.

hotel was fine. But it wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Standard room. It looked bigger and nicer in pictures. You pay for location which you cant beat.

Excellent Breakfast, Room Size was sufficient was for persons., cleanliness was also too good. Staff was so co operative.

Hotel located in the great location in Chinatown. Everything is in walking distance. Maid also nice.

this is 2nd stay and i simply love the location, car park, staffs, pool. love especially the comfort in the room, the bed, pillows etc

I was offered international buffet breakfast at 30% discount and I gave it a try. Quite disappointed and not to my liking. Having said that, its easy to get food nearby. The lifts (main and carpark) were extremely slow this time and its stuffy too.

Great location for street food and night life lovers.

Not enough sound-proof. Can hear talking voice of next-door guests.

I regularly stay here and it's always a good one. Clean and quiet rooms. Location is excellent near Pasar Seni LRT and MRT stations, Plenty of food options nearby.

Lifts can be stuffy.

Hotel had gluten free breakfast options and could make additional items on request. Chefs came out to speak to us about what was safe and the manager looked after us at each breakfast with anything we needed. They even had gluten free bread and 'muffins' (def gf as quite solid and dry) safely wrapped in plastic available for breakfast.There were also gluten free options for room service and the kitchen was able to accommodate modifications to the fried rice to suit fussy gluten free kids. Safely ate satay and sayur lodeh for the first time in years.La Gula on the ground floor of the hotel also has gluten free options, including ice-cream, in gluten free waffle cones, shoestring fries and a very good vegan Caesar salad.Was so nice to be able to eat out on a holiday and not get sick.

The carpet of our room could do with a deep clean.

Beautiful facilities, excellent location, great service. Everything you would expect from a Sheraton hotel.

It's pricey, but reasonable for the quality.

Location and overall quality is great.

Some of the hinges in the room were broken. Wouldnt take long to fix. Still, room was excellent. Bed and shower was excellent which is the most important things.

Everything was perfect. Great quality/price. Comfortable, centrally located, big rooms, lovely rooftop pool.

I lost my ring in the room. I left in the toliet on 21 Apr in room 1509. When i want to wear it back and i cant find it , Call recept and they said nagative finding.

Great stay, great location. Amazing breakfast, worth paying for. Such a comfy bed!!

The bar didn’t have a lot available, especially on their happy hour menu. Was very limited.

The hotel is in an excellent location to experience Chinatown in Kuala Lumpur. Shops and restaurants are within a few minutes walking.
