Very disappointed

1. Dirty bedsheet 2. Faulty air cond 3. Floor not swept daily. 4. Cockroaches and insects crawling every where in the room. 5. Not so friendly staff.

worst hotel ever and the staff behaviour was unbelieveable rude and very rude and too much noises from outside sides coming around to every living rooms, uncofrmable stay too much bugs inside of bed. The badest hotel ever, nevery stay and don't recommend. This hotel nothing have to like.

the budget hotel.

The pillow, blanket & the bed have yellow stained.The AC remote control have to share from other room.No Wardrobe or closet to hang clothers or towel.No Water dispenser.No desk or chair to seat, just the floor.The lift sometime work or not.

Location was near to jalan alor and changkat. So near to night pub and clubs.

The total entire hotel and building of hotel is so poor. Safety it's not guaranteed.

Very bad service, bad hotel, when my life is so bad, I have never stayed, their service is very bad, even the usage is bad, For almost 9 hours there was no electricity in the hotel even there was no water in the washroom

The receptionist is not profesional. W have online payment and will be charged fully but we dont get the room because our room given to other people. I dont know why cant refund our money.

the photos are nothing like the place. the rooms are awful, dirty , holes in the walls, full of cockroaches, blood on our “clean” bedsheets. sink hanging on to the wall. I would never come back

This hotel is horrendous and disgusting. When I enter the room full of cockroaches on the wall and bed! The picture of the room from booking.com doesn't match the actual room. I just left the hotel same time! I’m not staying there. Worst experience. I need my money back!!!!

We booked this hotel to get a couple of hours sleep between our flights! asked for an early check in at 12pm got told no even though it said at the desk you could pay for early check in. then when we went back in at check in time room was not ready! room was horribly broken shower, toilet. dirt everywhere. then after paying at the hotel like it said 2 hours later also took the money out of my credit card. have now been trying for 5 days to get money back with no luck just copy past messages everytime and also nothing from the messages I have sent booking.com very bad experience… do not stay here!!!

The building is so dirty, elevator is scary, when we arrive we cant go inside the building bcs need acces need to wait someone who hv acces, i cancel my stay just when i arrive and there is no information where is the receptionist.

I had to leave the room as soon as I got my key to check the room, there was big bugs insects all over the walls I told reception to check he sprayed bug killing spray all over the room there was no windows so that spray was making me sick my health is important the room was dirty and disgusting, horrible hotel bad and rude security this hotel should be shut down it’s not safe or hygiene levels are very bad

I like nothing from this hotel!!But location wise, it's a strategic location because of a famous night market street food there.

Too many baby cockroaches crawling on door, wall, pillow, inside wardrobe!!! Everywhere. Bedding full of old stain & unclean particles.Photos only show close up, but actually eyes see more than phoneSo disgusting! Corridor with bad ordour and no window.

Worst hotel ever, room does not looks like as in the picture.. Absolutely got scammed, room is so dirty with many baby cockroaches on the floor and bed.. Water in the toilet keep dripping all the way and the air-conditioning is so noisy.. I eventually check out on the spot although its already almost 3am in the morning..
