Location which is 2km away from city centre

No ventillation, no window, no space in the room. it's just a bed then a door for bathroom. I can't hang my clothes or towles

Great location at the heart of central market, few minutes walk to the metro station

Can hear loud noises from the room next to mine, the room seems a bit small

Not as per picture.. very old building n room.. smelly, dark and slippery floors..

I booked with my girlfriend this place cause it was close by to the travel agency we were going to start out trip in Malaysia. We fully trusted the reviews in Booking.com cause they showed a clean place.Don't trust the pictures they post, probably that's how it looked six months after the opening. The first impression of the hotel was really disappointed. The infrastructure was very poor, pretty dirty, you can clearly see there's cero maintenance. After leaving our bagpacks in the hotel we decided to walk around and get some stuff. When we went back to the room I spotted a cockroach on the wall next to the bed. We told the guy in the reception, and kindly removed it, but his reaction was as if it was something from the daily routine. It was the first time ever being in a situation like this.We knew it was not going to be a 5 stars Hotel, but we wanted to be able to shower and rest in a clean place after a long flight from Denmark. Thinking back we could have easily booked another place, but it was late and we were really tired...This place needs caring and a management who want the customers to have a good experiences.Please, dont book this place!

First OF All Staff Very Misbehaving Non sense how to Talk the customer Rooms are very bad smell i stayed only one day there because staff very non sense mis behave to customer and roooms are dirty i am living now another place hottel very goood clean and neat ands staff very cooooperative i advice to boooking.com to remove that type hottels to your web site bcoz we trust on boooking .com

at first i feel sketchy, but hey its good if you need last minute place to sleep. but good experience because i can watch japanese guy and indian guy fighting hahah what a night ! the indian guy be like , dey dey listen to me listen and other guy be like , bakaaaaaa ! nandeyoooo!!! hahaha historical :D

If you are thinking about it, just don't do it.It was horrible, I mean, yes, you get what you pay for, but considering I got a Hotel 3 streets over, that is about 200% better and cost me and my friend the same amount. Literally just don't. And yes, we changed the hotel because it was so horrible. We stayed one night and it was disgusting, the room was dirty, the walls were dirty, the bathroofuwas just ew, my sleep clothes still smell like cold smoke because the whole room just stank of cigarette smoke. The AC was so loud that we couldn't sleep at all. Oh and we also saw some tiny ants on our beds:)

Small room with no windows, no toilet paper, but in good location.

No safety for personal belongings. Had to keep personal belongings with you while sleeping as well

AC and fans worked even if they leaked badly. Cheap. Digital key card.

Room was unclean, bed was unclean, aircon leaking badly, bathrooms dirty throughout stay. Lockers were in room but could not be used. Guests taking call throughout the night. Groups of guys hanging around outside downstairs. Wifi didn't work in rooms, was told there was an alternative wifi but never connected. No communal space.

Didn't look like picture. Extremely tiny only one bed in the tiny space nothing more! No space! No WINDOWS! The room smelled and mold on the walls.

Well for the price that was paid, you can't really expect much, mostly it was quite, and comfortable, everything is close by, shops, metro station and etc.

Room was like after war, very dirty walls, everywhere marks of killed mosquitos, everything was very dirty, lackely I had my own bedding set, so I've changed it, but the one that was there, was very old just couldn't trust it, lots of mosquitos was hard to fight them, the size of the room is tiny and room hadn't any window.

Simple and tidy. Located in a busy street but tranquility is still maintained.Unique design of the guest room and guests gathering place.Good location, walking distance to plenty of tourist attraction spots, easily accessible to major transportation modes.

Cleanliness needs to be upgraded.

Facilities are poorly maintained, and most things are not working properly
