Ramada Suites by Wyndham Kuala Lumpur City Centre

They were really accommodative and allowed me to extend my stay until 7pm. This hotel was perfectly located around many great restaurants in walking distance. Super clean and great view, friendly staff.

Spacious room with most facilities you could want, desk, dining, and cooking all there.

Only missing hand towels.

Hotel was used for prostitution. And lobby full of women who were inappropriate and one even propositions me while I was waiting for Grab. I was not comfortable in common ares

Despite our initial experience when we were came to the hotel to take a shuttle bus, when we returned and stayed for a night, we were very impressed with the size and comfort of our studio. Our studio room was very well equipped.

Maybe the lobby area could be smartened up?

During booking I confirmed with breakfast , but i go hotel then reception told me no breakfast . in room all services were not sufficient. and other issues .

specially reception do not cooperate with guest . even after request for a taxi to Air port , reception fully ignore . I thing a Sri-Lankan of Indian girl at receptionist .

Its location is amazing. Reception area is nothing special but the rooms are super comfy and clean.

Nice big rooms, good bathroom and king sized bed. It felt much more classy than last time even tho the room was basically the same - maybe because I booked a ‘Premier’ King room. Great location near Changkat, Jalan Alor food street and Bukit Bintang shopping and MRT. Breakfast is good with great views on the 9th floor - where the nice pool is also.

Hard to get sundries like toilet paper and towels. The washer dryer didn’t really dry well

I would never recommend this hotel for the following reasons:The hotel’s location is very poor and unsafe, with several nightclubs nearby, making the area feel insecure.The hotel is very old, and the furniture is worn out.The balcony is very outdated, and the safety measures are inadequate, even though my room was on the 15th floor.The cleanliness was extremely bad.The room safe was broken, and despite contacting the housekeeping service, it remained out of order.I put a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, but one of the housekeeping staff entered my room anyway.Room service is poor, and you cannot order anything after midnight.I requested towels at 12 PM, but the staff told me they were unavailable for the day.The service was very poor, and I would never recommend this hotel.

In a place where many of the materials used, such as dishwashing detergent and toilet paper, are of very low quality. Also, it is very disgusting that there are insects on the balconies.

Convenience

No one to help with luggage, which is very poor as every other Ramada location we’ve been to around the world, has had a bellboy.

Prem on reception was wonderful she arranged a late check out on checkin an greeted us every time she saw us. As Wyndham vrap owners we felt it was a great hotel in a very good location. Overall very nice room and facilities and daily service

I would say the only downside to the whole stay was the black scum around the water leve in the pool that had just been repaired and the thread bare towels that ripped when using them to dry.

Staff is non co operative. We called many times to give wash room amenities such as slippers etc but they don't have that. The guy asked us that today is his first day and he don't know anything.

The Air conditioner system didn't work. Called many times at reception but they didn't bother. Staff don't know about the hospitality. Break fast is costly and has only 3-4 dishes. Location is outclass but the hotel is not up to the mark

Location

We spent few nights as family of 4 at Ramada Wyndham KLCC in August 2024. We always stay there at this hotel when we visit KL due to its location and cleanliness. It has come a time when you have to acknowledge its time for the hotel is over unless drastic changes. I felt like we are ‘cash machine’ as we have no options and no where to go as we already paid for the nights. Just few things to mentioned: poorly maintain common area, dirty room, hairs from previous occupants, stains on pillows & blankets, unpleasant smell etc. We did mentioned to the front desk and show us an alternate room of equivalent standard. It will be our last stay here.

The experience in this hotel has been disastrous. Nothing is as it seems. The rooms and towels are dirty and smell horrible. Toilet paper is in short supply. The gym closed. They sell beer in the hall but they don't let you drink it. You hear a lot of noise from the street every night, you can't rest. The pool doesn't get the sun. The staff is not friendly at all. In short, the worst hotel we have ever been to.
