Location ok,easy to find food. Room space quite big and have space for prayer. Had cupboard to hang clothes. Fast response after get feedback . Good staff.

No parking for guest , public parking by luck. Cleanliness need to improve.

Situations like the above need to be fixed and improved immediately for the comfort of the tenants

the aircond doesn't feel cold/ the position of the aircond doesn't match the position of the bed .... the floor of the room is slippery .... bottled water tap water

Near to any convenience stores and restaurants. Easy to get grab car since the hotel is in the centre of ampang point.

There were only a few parking lot provided. Once we get to park our car we need to catch a grab to go anywhere.

Room is spacious.

Water disruption.No water supply from 8.00pm till morning. Cups and kettle not provided.

Not worth for stay.

I have to pay a different amount from what I had booked with Booking.com. The staff said they had to put a charge for whatever was not mentioned on the online booking. And on midnight of stayed, the piping on the ceiling was broken and water flooded the whole upper floor. The staff said there was no room for replacement and we need to find another hotel by ourselves at the midnight.

Surounding area a lot of facilities n food .. The hotel got lift . Coway dispenser importanf for me n staff very nice n help ful

2nd time stay here . I like it .this going to be my transit hotel n mybe my longer stay if have little budget. The hotel very cheap but the facilities under my expectation

I just loved the location

I have stayed 2 days in safari hotel and o got very bad experience. Firstly was stay with family and i got a small kid too. The room was not much clean and the towles are fully stain. When i left the roo first day i managed to informed the girl in reception(she was always busy with her mobile) to clean my room and change towles. But when i come back room still same condition, nothing has done.i belive this is the fundamental thing that to do. If the room not cleaned how i have to stay next day. Think about it. This is ridiculous.

I called reception and asked for a replacement pillow as the pillows it got were too thick and firm, the receptionist (of Bangladesh origin) replied the housekeeping team had left. I went down and saw the housekeeping staff which I met earlier next to the reception and commented to the receptionist that you told me he had left, he replied, this person just came back. Then I asked for a replacement pillow, he told me the hotel just change the whole pillows in the room and all pillow is the same. I know it is a lie because my friend got the same old soft pillow and i stayed in the same hotel 2 days earlier. I asked for the manager's phone number as well as his name but the name mentioned sound not local so I asked if he is a Malaysian? The receptionist said no, also from Bangladesh, then I know no point in making a complaint to him. Hope through this review they can make an effort to assist the customers and remind their staff to be more helpful rather than to fool them.

The location for the hotel is good, around the hotel got convenience store, food store and shopping centre.

The bed sheet got stain, the floor of toilet not clean,got a bit sticky and also the towel that provide from the hotel looks dirty.

Location is easy for morning breakfast as there's a lot of mamak stall as well as fast food

no toileteries, aircond very slow, toilet very wet when we enter the room. old pillow. ask for extra pillow also didnt give.
