The facility seems Grand at the entrance. There are cafe and restaurant inside the facility make this a convenient venue for guests. The security is a big plus where you will need a room keycard to access the elevator.

Shower room gets really flooded after a shower. Better sealant of some sort is needed. With today's technology, please install plenty USB friendly plugs would be a nice touch. The staff over charged meals we did not take, leaving a bad impression.

fast check-in & out, was upgraded to corner room. The bathroom design is nice with a bath tub & rain shower, spacious room & comfortable bed.

The breakfast restaurant was packed and even hard to get a place to sit. my seats & table even grab by someone when we away from our table. Lighting in the room not bright enough at night & water pressure is low.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Decent location and underground parking is validated by the hotel. Room is very clean and modern feel to it.

The check out process took a very long time. Waited almost 20 minutes to have staff check out the room and give the ok to desk staff that nothing was missing or damaged in the room.

I like the place which is near to pantai hospital.

I didn't like to have King Size Bedroom plus EXTRA BED instead of TWIN BEDROOM as my REQUESTED ROOM and also I didn't like The Swimming pool suppose to open at 7.00 Oclock but two of three days I want to swim at 7.15 nobody there is nobody at the swimming pool counter.

Room is nice with bathtub, bed is comfortable and cleanliness is acceptable.

Parking is weird because it shared with another building. You can enter the parking with Touch n Go card but make sure you validate your parking at the concierge before you go.

Location was good and it was clean

Any small request given even a week before booking, they will say they will check at time of checkin and then they will not do.They are very reluctant to provide toiletries Service is very badI will not stay here

Swimming pool no life guard

It's quite a disappointment for the breakfast as 75%of it are carbs, 15% are vege n fruits, 3% dairy, 2% of meat. The only real meat that we have on the day is the fried chicken next to the nasi lemak. The rest, we have ham n sausages as processed meat. No hard boiled egg, only pan-fried egg and watery scrambled egg. The bread that they provide were also not real sourdough. Overall, the taste of the nasi lemak, stir fried noodle were good. Generally speaking the protein should be added more or even the egg station should be there for a 5stars hotel. If walnuts or some other nuts added would be nice.

no sound proof between room and aisle. Could hear what's happening outside. So, i assumed ppl outside the room could also hear what's from the inside.

Very nice facilities. Our room was fantastic with nice views towards the University. Close to 2 LRT stations and KL Gateway mall. Good swimming pool and gym. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with a lot of choice.

The only difficulty was that the location was difficult for the ride share drivers to find on their GPS.

Tv cable connection is not good.Water leaking in the bathroom. After complain not fixed it.

The spread was vast and thoughtfully curated, featuring delightful local specialties like lontong and putu mayam, alongside more conventional options.

Check-in: There are six elevators servicing the hotel, but they tend to be on the slower side.Room: The TV setup was a letdown, with poor reception and a limited selection of odd channels.Parking: The parking area is shared with nearby offices, which can be a bit disorganized.

Lovely, clean and spacious rooms. The spa was lovely and we enjoyed the massage services. Pool area clean and pleasant. Towels provided. Great gym space adjacent to pool with water and towels provided. Restaurant breakfast we good - lots of multicultural choices : Malaysian / Western and Indian.

Restaurant at night had limited options - particularly for vegetarians.(which we are) and because the hotel is not close to restaurants etc. that needs to be taken into account. The shopping mall 6 minutes' walk away didn't have much in the way of food offerings.

The housekeeping was available and quick at all times.

The pool area was a disappointment, it didn’t match the photos at all. It was quite small and had only two chairs, which made it feel a bit underwhelming compared to expectations.
