Staffs were amazing, slightly far from city but good facilities, views are decent

Near to university malaya and malls esp midvalley megamall.

It’s a retirement home that I didn’t know about . Didn’t affect me too much it was lovely . A bit dark rooms .

Very Poor Facilites Maintenance. TV had no service

The atmosphere was very quiet, calm, & pleasant.The architecture & greenery is very beautiful.The location of the property is in a very high-end neighborhood, all around high-end houses & apartment buildings, so the roads & scenery was very beautiful & green with plants. Nothing ugly meets the eye walking around the property & neighborhood, no loud sounds, no traffic jams, being a bit farther from city-life.

Somewhat thin walls; I wasn’t hearing voices of neighbors through the wall, like other hotels I’ve been in in Kuala Lumpur, but I was hearing lots of moving & some banging of tables & chairs & such every now & then.The furniture is somewhat outdated, but sufficient for a suite.Seeing that the location is in a neighborhood, there’s no shops, restaurants, malls, or grocery stores immediately around the property. The closest shops are 10-15 minutes walking distance, but close early or at 10pm tops. This isn’t really a big issue, but it may be helpful to know for someone that arrives late at night & has nothing to eat or needs a grocery store or such.

-the aircond at the master bedroom is not cold

Convenient location, big room, large swimming pool value for money.

Cleaning appeared superficial. Dusty and dirty around the beds and top of cupboards. Dangerously malfunctioning hairdryer was not replaced.

Comfortable and spacious. Nice location in quiet residential area but still only a short taxi ride to town.

Breakfast was not good and it is the same menu every day.Can arrange house cleaning people to wash vessels or arrange a dishwasher

Large rooms, clean and quiet. Senior friendly and nice facilities.

Lovely property, clean, modern & well equipped, very comfortable bed and living accommodation comfortable. Swimming pool spotless too.

Great staff, very helpful. The pool, gym and facilities are all very nice. The restaurant isn't a full restaurant but always has something available. Very accommodating of our dog.

Nothing really...it was as advertized. It's ~15 minute walk either way to some nice shipping and restaurants, but you need to manage the heat!

Nice to have the little kitchenett. Room service everyday. Room floor was mopped everyday. Quick to fix any issues asap, such as clogged sink, window in bathroom didn't close, stain on sheets.

Breakfast was absolutely substandard and tasteless with very less options than many other resorts .Also I was charged above and beyond the agreed price and despite confirming, never received any refund as promised by the receptionist.

Quiet. Good room insulation. Yet short distance to the happening places. Ample parking space.

The intercom testing and fire drill happened during our stay and the ceiling fan were not clean thoroughly (stayed twice in 2 different rooms and occasions but were not clean)
