Rude attitude of room cleaning boy.He Rang the room bell persistently for over 15 minutes for cleaning, while we were asleep inside and the room was locked from inside.He did not clean the wc pan at all during our stay of over 1 week

Nothing that we like. Palace Hotel receptionist is the worst.

The way the male receptionist treats us.1) I show my booking details from booking.com apps in my phone.2) I forgot to bring my ID that day. I have photo of my ID and photo of my driving licence in my phone but he didn't accept it.3) my wife also offer her ID but he also didn't accept it.4) the receptionist says without my physical ID he cannot accept our registration. I've been checking in hotels in Malaysia and around the world for so many years, if I don't bring my ID/passport or just show my digital ID, they still accept my registration. As long I show proof of my booking.5) we ask for his manager, he said manager is not available during weekend. Which I found his reason is ridiculous as hotels are bz in weekend all hotels must have their managers working.6) We also try appeal again with him, however, he still reject us. All this while, he never smile once or show sympathetic face. I wonder how people with this kind of attitude, character and fierce face can work in hospitality industry especially in the front counter.7) after he keep rejecting us we go to hotel next door they accept us with open arm without my physical ID. I just show him the photo of my ID from phone. Tq MK Inn hotel for accepting us.

Poor customer relationshipRude receptionist (not all EMPLOYEE. Only the receptionist guy that served us on 13th July 2024,4am in the morning)I was been scolded and rude treatment as checked in 4am in the morning due to flight delayedHe claimed that my booking (12th July 2024)was not applicable so there were few argument. During flight delayed, I did gave phone call to palace hotel where I shall checked in a bit late and they acknowledge my concerned However, once entered receptionist shouted and raising his voice as well as pass my passport in rude way(throw on the table).

Good day-cation for me. I got Menara KL view from my room (my 5yo and 3yo kids love it too much), easy access to night market, ATM facilities and lot of attractive places to visit. Very fast check in and check out.

I would like the admin to remove the 'bath tub' facilities tag for the superior room, the bathtub is not available as per mention in these ads. Thanks.

Just ok. 24 hour reception was good and free drinking water machine on each floor.

Loud, dirty, aircon smelled dirty, stained sheets.

Free drinking water, room service everyday, coffee in the room, hot shower.

Overpriced for what it is. Very unclean room, stained bedsheets, no sound proofing - woken at all hours with people making noise in the corridors. Call to prayer speaker is right outside the hotel so is very loud when in the room - not good if you are on work calls.

Location is very good.near metro . Bus station. A lot of cafe and restaurants. and shopping center

1) THEY DONT CHANGE THE BEDSHEET & COMFORTER, IT IS A BIT DIRTY N GOT STAIN ON IT WHEN I CHECK IN2) THE AIRCOND REMOTE WAS NOT FUNCTION3) THE TELEVISION IS ALWAYS OUT OF SIGNAL4) DURING NIGHT TIME THE WATER HEATER IS NOT FUNCTION

Good location right in the heart of Masjid India, a popular tourist spot and shopping spot in KL.

I booked on behalf of my cousin and was notified over the phone that the property only allows booking if the person making the booking is the actual person checking in. After rationalizing then only my cousin was allowed to stay.

Location - Walking distance to for shopping, masjid, and food.

Rooms and service provided

selected the hotel purely due to familiarity and location. all walking distance if you are into local shopping and flea market vibe.

Hotel as expected, not overly clean i had stains on the duvet and found a roach in the toilet. But i only needed the place for sleeping so I didn't mind as much. The surrounding room was noisy, also as there are no door bell, people knocking on next door it feels like they are knocking in yours. disrupting sleep.Other thing to note is there's no parking provided but luckily there's a DBKL building nearby u can park. Costs rm15 per day. Don't simply park by roadside , it's an active place for summons for parking violations.

It was close to my business partners to meet. Close to mosque and food outlets.

The service at the counter very poor.Over 5 or 6 customers waiting only 1 staff at the counter. I asked at the counter to book a taxi for me i was told thats not their job. I had to pull by lugguge through the streets and crowded people t I look for a taxi which delayed my arrival at the airport for check in.People behind the counter very grumpy no smile or welcomming guest.

The hotel staff was good and supportive especially Mr Rohit and Mr Pritish and whenever asked they were ready to assist. Mr Pritish helped me in getting my taste of food, healthy and low cost. Overall the stay was good. I want to stay in my. next visit as well.

Light switches are just behind and most of the time off and on whenever I try to move on the bed. Rest all good
