Shops only open at 8am; should've opened earlier. Need to use food delivery service especially at night

If someone is coming for MRCSalah Course in (University of Malaya) then this is the perfect place

The service close at 10PM and they reopen at 10AM the next day

Location

No ample parking for those who stays in. Parking rate was quite expensive. The room was smelly when we first enter. And toilet not so clean.

It was close to the University of Malaya in a secure complex. There are some cheap food places nearby. Also, the access was good for taxis and other online food delivery services. There was a grocery store on the ground floor opposite to urban living business.

There were no washroom shoes. No soap in the washroom. My room was close to the entry doors, which made a big bang sound on auto closing as most people dont bother to close them themselves.

Staff, location and atmosphere of interesting entrepreneurial startups.

The hotel was very accessible and quiet.

Bed was itchy, room dirty. Towel and sheets had blood, had experience bugs crawling out of sink

The bathroom was nice and the place was quiet most of the time.. also the window view was amazing with good sunlight.. the internet was superfast and very good.. and it's close to UM

The air conditioner was bad at 805.. the room was too small for 2 people..

It is really quite, u can study without interruptions.The staff very helpful and friendly

The room was not very clean when I checked in, also the AC was taking so much time to start cooling.There is no Ac in the lobby.

Staff from FD, housekeeping and maintenance were very helpful and attentive. I came late night and I don't know how to on the water heater, yeah its weird! The staff immediately came to the rescue. Surprisingly for the price I paid, their shampoo and shower gel were Crabtree & Evelyn, plus towels and lines smells fresh and clean. Hair dryer is upon request, no electric kettle in the room but there is a flask where you can keep a hot water from the water dispenser on the same floor I stayed. Iron was also not available in the room but its just beside the water dispenser so it was fine.

I loved that it had everything you needed, restaurants, cafes, barbers, tattoo artists, a pool, laundromat, convenient stores and more.

The walls are VERY thin. Every night was loud coming from noisy neighbours, even if just speaking next door, it is VERY noisy.

The place is very near to UM and UMMC. Staff are all helpful and friendly going extra mile to help us sort out the wrong booking Water dispensers every floor and clean environment. Kedai on the 2nd and 3rd floor is a must visit. The famous Pokok KL cafe is within the compound also.

The bed was comfy. The room was a nice fit for a couple. Water pressure was good. Overall nice.

The toilet was not so clean. That was the only complain.

We liked the hotel ambience and its chic concept. If you're seeking treatment nearby UMMC or attending graduation, this place is what you're looking for. Parking is charged per entry. Grocery store is within the same compound along with Pokok restaurant.

Please add in more water dispenser in every floor. I think the only water dispenser available is at level 4 at Block C. The hotel smells and feel like a hospital/hospis which we understand since it serves as wellness centre and also hotel. In order to go to block C, you need to tap in and out but they only provide you with one access card.

location is in city, near to public transportation. staff easily adhere to my request when i request to change my room due to sewage pipe was in the room.

the whole amenities are far from the room. I have to across 3 level and 2 blocks just to use the iron board that only available at receptionist (level 4) while my room is at level 6 and at next block. which is inconvenient. I highly suggest that host can provide iron board at each level at least. Overall, my room is not as expected like in the picture. I was expecting a study desk, so I can easily do my work IN the room but to no avail. Toilet are handicapped-friendly but to sit on toilet bowl is so hard to use which facing a beam. Room not so soundproof. you can hear someone talking in corridor.

The location close to university of malaya, 15 minutes walk. If you have something with this university, the place is perfect.Mini market located at ground floor, in front of of building. Various mini resto at 2nd floor.The price also very good.I extend another one night.

The water dispenser located at 4th floor, while our room at 5th floor, need to wait for lift that moving quite slow.Room not sound proof with interconnecting door installed. You may hear, the sound even though, only hair drying activity.

Nice n cozy ambience, room smell nice. Spacious room, can accomodate wheelchair user. Good price.

Rude staffs at reception. A female staff on my arrival with sour face during arranging my check in. A male staff on my check out, same sour face. Might be the hospitality based on customers’ appearance etc. Parking charged at RM 14.00 per day! No

The price and the vibe of the place was very nice!!!!

The cleanliness like the bed sheet and bath towels have stains on them. Luckily I brought my own.
