Location was good

Old hotel needs renovation, hall and room have a stuffy, pungent smell need to keep the hallway window open.

Size of room juz suitable for 1 people

There is not enough parking lot for your vehicle. You have to park & pay on others property

Location is good and walkable to Metro and Main Roads

Facilities are not comfortable like Laundry not available and also we have asked for extra bed they said not available

Near to event place

Near to traffic light and sandwich between 2 main roads, noisy on weekend night. Maybe due to event next day, many committee members came early…

We booked the Premium Family Room. The room was spacious. Quite close with the TAR Road and the Masjid India area and very close to Dataran Merdeka and the iconic landmark of Sultan Abdul Samad Building.

However, there is no parking provided by the hotel so you have to parked at the nearest available parking space. There is no breakfast provided by the hotel.

Didn’t even stay we left after seeing the rooms

Location close to Jalan TAR and Dataran. Can enjoy night market on Saturday and morning run the next day.Hot shower.

Car park next to hotel is very expensive. RM18 max but only up to midnight. Next day another RM18, so for a night stay till 12pm, I needed to pay rm36. Hotel room was cheap, about twice the parking fee lol. The hotel should apply a fixed rate or per entry for hotel guests no matter how long they stay in.Room not soundproof. Heard noises and many funny sounds from rooms around us. TV was there but none of the channels work. Should upgrade to cheap astro package already, rooms got no window and no TV channels also it is almost cave-like experience. No bathroom mat too. Free 2 instant coffee packets and 2 bottles of RO drinking water. Weird enough is only glasses are provided when it should be mugs or coffee cups.Lifts are old and can be unpredictable at times. It can't lift more than 3 average size adults with luggage.

Location to KLCFM, pasar malam, parking wpun mahal tapi mudah sebelah hotel.

Noisy, soundproofing not so good, can hear sound from the road and from the next room. TV had no display.

So nightmares with the noise pollution from outside from the sound of motorcycle..it's too noisy and I can't sleep the entire night. The room aren't sound proof at all. All the public event were mainly focus on the hotel area. Imagine the chaotic of the full of people around the hotel. No such privacies....I'm traveling from perak to kL but I cannot rest that night until the next morning

The room very small dunt have much space for me pray.Need to change towel old already.housekeeping staff not doing work very well.not cleaning bathroom bcos im staying 6 nights.need to ask to clean mug.

Overall it's good. Friendly staff ???Suitable for temporary stay. For example, if you are participating in a marathon nearby. This hotel does not provide parking spaces, but you can park in the paid parking lot nextby. The room space is good, towels (soft and new) and shower gel are provided. You need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and hair dryer. The toilet paper is very very thin. Kettle, cups, drinking water and tea bags are available. The air conditioning is strong and the bed is very comfortable. But the sound insulation is very poor, you can hear the visitors walking around and keep talking, especially when they check in late at night, the sound of opening and closing doors is very disturbing to sleep.

Toilet paper too thin?No indoor slippers were provided, and it was very uncomfortable to walk barefoot on the carpet.Toilet space uncomfortable.Simple sink without any rack.

Very strategic location. Walking distance to train, mall, shops, restaurants..The bed was comfortable ??

Bathroom not in good condition.The elevator was old. The door close too fast, i got stuck between the doors.

Just because is convenient area for my marathon tmr

The sound proof doesn’t work at all, and mat rempit nonstop racing from 3-4am, crystal loud engine and screaming

Location is very close to Dataran Merdeka.If you have early morning event there like KLSCM, this hotel is recommended. Family room is quite big.

Twin room is very small. You wont have space to open your luggage and pray (for Muslims).

Upgrade the facilities to give comfy those who stayed
