There is no space for parking and it's hard to find the hotel.

My room blackout from 3am until evening. The staff didn't even apologize for the problem and it still couldn't be fixed until late at night. very disappointed no repairs were made immediately. and the room is very noisy with construction work at night.. will not stay at this hotel again

Low price and strategic location

Not clean, The fire alarm sounds on its own, interrupting rest time. Room cleaning requests were not handled promptly

Strategic place , easy for me to get in a train to go anywhere .

The shower ? and toilet pipe , everytime I use it , it makes a very noisy sound . If I stay there alone at night , I would be scared of it.

The prices for both rooms are affordableMy kids got to be in 1 room while me & husband is getting another room with our youngest

406 The toilet door is falling ?Im sorry i didnt report it earlier bcoz i dont want our vacay got ruined with the maintenance job But told the staff counter day we checked out ?

The lift is spoil...water heater also cannot use.. the plug also cannot use... the cabinet also spoil.... worse than i think

Staff is good. Clean rooms. Easy access to transport.

the place is shady, unlike the picture that was shown. when you enter the lobby area, it smells really bad. (smells like garbage) and when you enter the lobby & hall to your room, it's really dark & scary. ac is not working well.. call the receptionist(lady) to complain, she keeps on insisting that we pressed the wrong button and told us to bring the ac remote to the lobby instead of coming to our room and yes, she was rude. too many ants in the room, no mini fridge.

Location was good. Cleanliness was very good. Staff behaviour was very friendly. I think it is good choice for a business travelers.

They should have some subscription like Netfelix / Prime Videos because there was only local few TV channels in Bahasa Malaya. I asked the reception but he said you need to use your own personal subscription login on their room TV which was totally nonesense.

24/7 receptionist, functional android tv, water dispenser, room a lil bit small but okay for 1-2 pax, nice pillow (for my standard)

not soundproof at all. noises from corridor can be heard. been listening to some group of family discussing and housekeeping chatting loudly. but okayla it happens when people are busy checking out haha. ohh the red small pillows are smelly ?

Near to Chow Kit Monorail Station. There are many halal stalls, restaurants and convenience store near to this hotel.

Uncomfortable with the room's smell. Management need to change the towel because it's already torn. The bed also got unpleasant smell.
