Awesome team!Booked this as a gift for my brother’s honeymoon, they prepared a cake and lovely towel decorations — absolutely loved it! Keep it up!The hotel room was so cozy and very spacious. The location is super convenient too. Will definitely stay here again.

Food was good and many optional choice

KL city view is amazing from room 3504.Room is big.Staff are very helpful.There are 8 elevators for guests use.Kampung Baru is only walking distance.

Parking is very narrow.No AC remote controller.Towels are dated, need to replace.There is no extra door lock inside, making it feel insecure when sleeping.

Hi. The location of Tamu Hotel is very good, near Petronas Tower, 20 minutes to walk.The room is spacious. We stayed in room 2115, and the bathroom door is broken, and the hair dryer is broken also. The view from this room is amazing.On level 42 is the Sky Deck View, which is stunning but is a fee for this entrance, 78MYR per person.Clean: 8Location: 9.5Breakfast: 9

Nearby Kg Baru. All food nearby is good. I stay during Ramadhan, the bazaar ramadhan is very close to the hotel.

maintenance & staff hospitality could be improved. eg loose towel railing, spoiled parts of cabinet were not attended although we stay in the same room a few months apart.

the view from my room was really good.. Got to view 4 KL tower landmarks.. the KLCC, KL Tower, Merdeka 118 and the TRX.. the bed was comfy.. the distance for restaurant is just a walk.. Can walk from the hotel to other attraction like Saloma Bridge and KLCC (the distances is depend on people.. for me is quite ok).. the cafe's food is good too.

the price is quite high compared to the amenities provided.. the window got marks of people face..

Location (next to a street full of restaurants, a mall, a (tour) bus stop right in front), ~20 minutes walk to PetronasPriceView. Room (2513) had a window on 2 sides (but not located in the corner) where I could see the Petronas, KL Tower and Merdeka 118! Parking space is small.

Housekeeping not properly clean my room. They only change bath towel but not cleaning my toilet. The sink room 2619 cannot function (clogged pipe) and also 2620 shower pipe broken.

shower - first room the toilet was leaking so we managed to get a new roomliving room - TV was average, but the Air Conditioning was leaking and making noises (blower)

The hotel's location is excellent. It’s incredibly convenient, with the Kampung Bharu eateries area just a 5min walk away.The Kampung Bharu MRT station is about 10min on foot, which makes getting around the city easy. Popular landmarks like the Saloma Bridge (15min walk) and KLCC (20min walk) are also within reasonable walking distance.Another highlight was the marvelous view from our suite. The sight of the city's iconic skyscrapers from our window was truly stunning and added a memorable touch to our stay.

Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and the toilet paper hadn’t been refilled upon check-in. The shower head was broken, and the sink tap wasn’t functioning properly. Additionally, both the fridge and kettle didn’t work, even after we tried different plug points. We informed the reception staff about these issues, and they offered to send a technician. Since we were only staying for one night, we declined but mentioned it so they could address the issues for future guests.

The food is nice.

No water dispensers (e.g., Coway) on each level. Regular maintenance is needed for facilities, such as the Sharp bathtub drain stopper and other small sharp objects on the edges of the carpet.
