Very loud due to busking in front of the hotel. Wont be able to sleep until 3am. The busking still going surpass midnight only stop after 2am.Receptionists are not experienced enough. Employed foreign workers that not able to speak local language with minimum English proficiency. Provided towels smell very badly, the bed sheets still have stains everywhere from previous stay

It's good for people that wanna walk on bukit bintang at night. Many food and busking. Crowded and can see people busking singing outside the window.

Just don't bring baby . Pity them they can't sleep becoz of noisy and havoc place . That's all .

Cockroaches in the room Water flow is very slow No space to move House keeping service is horrible ..knocked them 100 times to clean the room but didn’t response At last the reception staff named shujon and the lady is not well mannered with customers.. they don’t know how to deal with customers I find them gossiping all the time rather concentrate on their work .. Shujon is too rude and don’t know how to talk with customers ..

Not feeling comfortable with the mattres.. Uncomfortable smells in the ooms. Bathroom is alittle too congested.

great stay with clean room. comfortable to sleep in the night. especially with big bed and thick mattress. location is very strategic in the city centre. Price is also affordable and staff were very helpful to our need. overall is nice to stay here.

The staff at the counter are slow and have a bad service attitude. His room is too dark and dirty. We found cockroaches in the room.
