Room;-A little bit hot, even though we turn on the air-conditioning.-A little bit dusty.Other;-In the booklet, it mention the iron can be deliver to the room, but when request it was unavailable/cant sent

The room size is more than enough and the amenities are perfect, the Wi-Fi was bit slow but ok. The reception area was comfortable to wait and meet guests.

Though I am going to stay 6 nights they didn't allow me to early check in. Since my flight reached early I was roaming with my hand bag.

Located near a wonderful artsy place, The Zhongshan Building. Also has a Seven Eleven close by. Close enough to the city centre as well.

I felt the rooms were well-appointed, clean, fresh, and quiet. The fitness center was also in good working order and pleasant. I stayed for 14 days and enjoyed the view from room, the decent internet for work, and the gym.

The internet was a little odd - I was unable to access one of the site I needed for work. As well, the restaurant seemed to often be out of items on their menu. The on-site restaurant also provided room service. Everytime I called (2pm, 5pm, 8pm, 9pm) they were out of almost everything.

Love the room and staff

Waiting for room to be ready during checking but waiting time still acceptable. My suggestion is please refer to arrival of customers to make sure check in can be smooth. hopefully room service menu available all the time Overalls I like.

The food, clean

The channel tv just india, 1 staff of reception speak english only.

Location is great. Monorail is 5 minutes away. Petaling is few minutes by walk. KLCC is also not far away by grab. I will also rate it high on cleanliness. There was a water dispenser on 10th floor. Kudos to housekeeping lady for prompt daily cleaning. So all great and no negatives for us.

Hotel offers Indian cuisine in the breakfast buffet.Free parking in hotel. Just need to verify at reception counter before leaving.

Very narrow parking and missing key signage and information like arrow to parking lift, restaurant and information on iron box location.. lobby full of foreigners not understanding Malaysia language

I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and super comfortable The service was top-notch—staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling...... Accessible location to all transport. the breakfast was decent and nice. Overall value for the money

The hotel is at an awesome location. Right next at a Walking distance from the monorail station. Very neat and clean. And friendly staff.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The customer service was excellent, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making my stay truly enjoyable. Would definitely love to stay here again

The rooms we had was spacious , bed was comfy.The hotel is near the china town and the twin tower -walking distance-

The bath mat was a bit too small.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly fast, which made the whole arrival seamless. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I was also happy to find a bathtub, which added a nice touch of relaxation.I opted for the room with breakfast, and it did not disappoint. There was a great variety of dishes, all delicious and satisfying. The salad section stood out the most ,everything was so fresh, making it the perfect start to my day. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Breakfast - the only positive thing

My room was separated from another room with a door. I could hear everything going on there. I had a complaint by security guard at midnight who said I had to close the curtains for security reasons... The electricity in my room went off three times and I had to call the front desk. Except, phone in my room was broken so I had to make the calls from the hall located next to elevators... Location: to get to neatest decent shop, I had to take a taxi and go to Chinatown - about ten minutes by car

- near to 7e, lrt station and got view to 118 tower from window- price also very cheap, below 300 got 3 bed (1 king and 2 single) and also got bath tub

- parking is so narrowed, so hard to turn your car around especially if you drive a big car- the facilities is look old school, the lift is look outdated, and also got creepy vibes- not have iron in the room, have to go iron your clothes outside and at the iron place the lighting is not good- aircond not really cold and also make a noisy sound make me hard to sleep- the bathroom is slippery, have to be very cautious. Also the shower not functioning well. Only can use bathtub
