The room has no window, which was not mentioned in the room specifications.To use the elevator, you have to climb stairs.

Compare my last stay. This time, the room was not what I expected.

The toilet bowl dirty with stains as same go to toilet floor. The room was full dust, including bad, and the room was like in the shape of torn. Need a quick repair and face lift. Hopefully, my next bookings I don't get the same room

Everything was completed with iron, board & hairdryer in the room itself. Room was very clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

Bad smells coming From washroom. Room key was not working.No refrigerator was in the room

Price suitable with type of room, venue good, near to mall Ampang point. Quite a number of nearby eateries .

The Television was broken, reception already informed on this, but I believe they should have replaced it immediately.. the door’s secondary lock/latch was not working. They should also consider having elevator from reception floor and not make guests carry their luggage 7 steps before reaching the elevator..

The room was quiet unpleasant.. Smelly.. No air circulation.. No window.. Odor form the toilet was fill the smell of the roo.

Near to all amenities.

The rooms are moldy. Changed rooms 3 times because of mold. Family had bad allergic reactions due to it. Coughing and asthma attacks. Coming from Canada for vacation, this did not go well for the whole family. ,It poses a serious health issue not only for tenants but also for the staff. There were cockroaches as well.

Terrible, not clean up the room daily even outside of room is stated make up room

Service is terrible, request front desk guy to send someone check on lighting in room toilet but waiting for 2hrs not even arrive, request from 9pm smthg they say ask me to wait in the room as he alone and will come up soon. When i call again at 11pm smthg, another lady answer the call and give me the same answer she is alone cant come up and check, i was too angry and ask back i was been told to wait in the room since 9pm smthg but now 1138pm you all say unavailable to come, and the pillow case was with lipstick stain and the staff give me the reason that "laundry cant wash it out, so memang macam tu" no apologies on the mistake and keep me waiting

Staff friendliness

Room cleaniness and the elevator shakes terrifyingly when it stops. Room smells bad, air freshener makes my nose uncomfortable, toilet smells the worse though it looks clean(so so only)

Toilet parts special sinki need to be repaired, discharge water flow not smooth

Room that given was smelly....water leaking from toilet to bed area.toilet glass door.....feel wan to broke downInfrm reception counter...Malay girl told me....we had booked under booking.comNvr book directly to them ...so wat ever room given to customer must take ....I said I paid for 2days and ur gvn me such tis kind of roomOtherwise refund back my money....we will get better room from tisFinally change room for us

Not clean , room not prepare when we enter the room . All the staff adont have good communication .

Location and the staff register us.

Nothing except the location, this is my 3rd time staying here, previous staffs were friendly and helpful, room was cleaner. But now, staffs unfriendly, not helpful, towels stains made us wait for almost 30mins to get change towel. Room was not clean, bathroom glass door leaking when shower, room ceiling stains and dirty, only cup drinking water, towels dirty and stained. The first day room strong cigarette smell but stated non smoking room.we choose to come back because previously was pleasant stay, however recent stay made us not to come back.
