Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre

Loved the location. It doesn't get better than this. 3 minutes to Oavilian and 15 minutes walk to KLCC. The hotel is near to restaurants, popular shopping places like H & M, Uniqlo, 711, Fahrenheit.

After staying at many hotels in Thailand and KL, I expected more from the breakfast. The quantity and quality of the menu can be improved.

Just less than 100 steps ti the best shopping mall in KL.

The room service staff did not prepare enough towels. Despite the information provided in advance, only 2 sets of towels and bath towels were prepared for 3 guests (2 adults and 1 child). Guests entering from the 3rd floor pool wet the floor of the elevator. The soundproofing of the glass is poor, and I am always woken up by the sound of motorcycles every night, being able to hear them at 2 and 3 o'clock.

The hotel is very good and very very close the pavilion and city center. The staffs are very kind and helpful. It’s a clean hotel and overall service is very good. The Bangladeshi person Rashel and Hassan were two kind to us not as a native but as a service provider from Novotel. The front desk guy Sharwin helped us by giving a top floor and KLCC view. He was so generous.

The buffet breakfast could have more variety. Otherwise all things are good.

First I didnt have cold water and burned my hands. Then they „repaired“ it and I didnt have cold water. If you call reception after midnight nobody answers. It was only one night and already too many issues. Will not stay there again

Excellent location. Walking distance to KLCC, shopping malls, Jalan Alor and more restaurants and bars that I can think of. As well as metro stops.Good sized room and the staff was generally helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was good, not great. AC was a little louder than desirable. The ASEAN summit that was taking place just as we were leaving was a significant bother to nearby transportation.

Location is centrally located

Hotel location is excellent, just behind the Pavillion shopping center which is ideal for us. The security guard at the front of hotel is very helpful and courteous.

Breakfast had many choices.Location was within walking distance of everythingRoom was very comfortable

Easy access to city center and to walk around. Swimming for my daughter was also fun.

We chose this hotel not one, not two, but three times, every year in a row.The best location, cleanliness of room and scrumptious breakfast, made us to do so.We loved the ambience of this hotel- so great fragrance with soothing effect of mind.

My wrist was burn due to the malfunctioning of wash basin tap since hot water was coming from the tap central position which made my trip painful further. Fortunately my 6 year old kid was safe.Reported to the front desk and maintenance team checked and confirmed the above issue. No response from the management further which was agreed by duty manager

Excellent location. In 5-10 minutes walk, you can find the finest food and shopping places. Popular landmarks are also within max. 15-20 minutes walk.

The services they provide in this price is an opportunity area. There is no mini bar facility. Even bottled water is not provided. There is a separate tap in washroom which they claim is drinking water. There are delays in Room service, you have to call twice for everything. I booked executive king room but it was almost the size of a regular room. If you spend another 30-35 dollars per night, you get a good 5 star facility in same locality like parkroyal, marriot or grand millennium

Great property at the heart of the city opposite to Pavilion and other attractions.Value for money and great staff.We had a comfortable stay and a wonderful experience at KL.
