Cleanliness and location

Nothing as all not to my acceptation

Room very bad condition, toilets dirty and the room very small for 2 people

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room service was good as I was not able to open my door and he he came to help me. Towels were clean.

Overall I was not happy with the single bed as very small and the room very congested. No proper place to hang my clothes and the room odor was bad.

Good location for shopping at Pavilion ,kk mart and have many thing for eat near there. I like this hotel so much. I stay 3 nights everything is good . The room was cleaning everyday. I will stay again when I go to Malaysia next time.

Amazing location! Walking distance to SO many things!Pool is a great addition and great view from the rooftop.I didn’t get to use the slide to the ground floor, but it looks fun!

The MOV hotel is super efficient and modern - we only stayed the one night but it was absolutely fine - clean and comfortable. Decent value as well.

We've stayed in the Bukit Bintang area a few times over the years, and always enjoyed it. I'd say that it's not as enjoyable as it was - more bars and working girls on the streets. Still a great area to get food, though.

Hard bed. No mini fridge in the rooms.Rooms are small.Need to pay more attention on cleanliness in details inside the rooms.

Trendy and comfy room. Great location within Bukit Bintang. Everything is walking distance.

Great staff, great facilities, rooftop pool was amazing. The location is close to the night market and various malls, as well as the MRT.

Only thing was that the bathrooms were a bit dirty. Rooms were also a tad small, but for the price point, I can’t complain!

Location was convenient to get to, it was 5-min walking distance from Bukit Bintang MRT station and the Bukit Bintang city center. Lots of convenience stores, shops and malls nearby. I was worried that the area might be noisy at night, but it was quiet and peaceful. The room was comfortable enough for a solo traveler.

The area around the hotel is quite run down and unclean, and I had to walk through some rubbish-strewn alleyways to get to the hotel itself. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean.

•Only two elevators, shared by staff and tenants. This causes long waiting times and frequent stops on every floor.

i had a great time MOV, Angela at the reception was very kind an helpfull. I was there 4 days, on the 5th floor in the corner, was not noisy at all. a lot of shop, resto in a few steps away, a lot of bar as well, the big malls 4minutes walk away, and the hopp on - hopp of also starts just right there. overall it was better than i thought would be, it was worth the price. You get free coffee, tea, sugar and creamer at the reception, just take it any time when you need, plus there are aqua to refill anytime. (i was alone, maybe for 2 person there is less place for their staff in the room.)
