Wonderful staff! Good breakfast, very clean, beautiful pool, elevator!

Few choices for restaurants nearby, not very walkable neighborhood, a bit far from shopping areas.

location was a bit loud at night and quite deep from the main street.

Hotel is very good, not sure why it's not 5 stars. Hotel staff are very helpful and sincere, Kabir and the team made my stay pleasant and made me feel welcome.

Hotel side facing the monorail can be a bit noisy

Recently renovated, big rooms can fit 2 adults and 2 kids easily with the sofa bed. Staff is very friendly and supportive.

Internet connection is very weak. Location is decent for exploration of the city by taxi, but not in the center.

Much room for improvement for the breakfast buffet. There was a local cuisine corner of sam al, rice with coconut , dried/ fried solid fish. Some western style beans, chicken sausage. The egg station was the best - any style you want fried, scrambled, Spanish style, sunny side up, soft boiled - just request she delivers:-). Congee condiments could have a little more variety- pickled vegetables, I had o get fried dilis fish from the other table. The cheese selection could be improved. Fruits too, the melon today was not even ripe yet, maybe in another day or two Hotel info asst for guest , I requested on day 01 upon checkin if there is a local map , guide & tips around neighborhood and for KL- the staff just said- all we use is google map & just take a Grab car service to go around But can recommend a few places etc. so I tried again on day 2 with the lady staff this time, she was more helpful & patient & and as I inquired about transportation option, she happily pointed out that the train station is just 3-5 min walk and our destination is just 3 stops away by subway :-). A little more helpful reception like the lady staff is a warm welcome to us first timers in KL. my children’s twin bedroom the single beds were tiny as they were not that happy with them. Room size excellent though.

The environment of the hotel is clean.The hotel staffs are helpful and friendly.The bed is big and comfortable. The view from the room is beautiful too.

From the moment we arrived until the minute we checked out, our stay at your hotel in Kuala Lumpur was absolutely flawless. The service was, without exception, world-class. Every single staff member we encountered—from the reception team (Morshad & Shaon) to the housekeepers and restaurant servers—was genuinely warm, incredibly professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It was my birthday on day 2 here, and they went out of their way to setup a little surprise in our room.The location is perfect, the facilities are stunning, and the entire experience felt seamless and special. Thank you for a truly memorable experience; you have set the gold standard for hospitality!NOTE: Go for booking a room either higher up the floors OR on the quiet side of the hotel, as the side facing the train tracks/station can be disturbing to some guests.

The only thing that I can think of is that their breakfast menu doesn’t change. We had 3 breakfast days during our stay, and throughout our stay, the menu was exactly the same every day.

We requested for a quite room, and we got it. The rooms were clean and pleasing. We got a free breakfast upgrade from the receptionist. The person was very helpful and well informed about the city as well. From the moment we entered the hotel till we checked out. Everything was perfect. The Staff are really helpful and understanding. If you are having trouble looking for a hotel to stay. Look no further and take this hotel. It really exceeded our expectation.

Excellent service! All staffs were exceptional and they exceeded our expectations. Breakfast buffet was great.Faisal at the reception helped us a lot and Arshad in the kitchen staff provided excellent service. Definitely recommend this place for future stays.

Hotel is near by metro station. There are several restaurants for selection.

I did not turn on air conditioning when I stayed there for 3 nights. Though reception tried to arrange a quiet room for me, I still heard metro running through on track.

The location is ideal. Away for noise and near to transportation. However, beware of room numbers ending with 01-16 as they face the train station and you will hear train noises from early morning. Rest is all good.

Pool has uniform depth of 1.5m. Not suitable for short people if you just want to cool off.Bed mattresses can be a more softer. They were hard.
