Large comfortable, safe rooms.

Cleaning stuff need more training.

General upkeep of hotel is very poor. First room was tiny and not clean. Reception sent housekeeping to vacuum. Could not sleep due to noise from other guests. Initially resistant, receptionist upgraded us to a much bigger and better toom.

However, the second room smelled so strongly of smoke and the bathroom sink leaked. 2 chairs at pool. No Aircon in gym. Overall, this hotel needs a lot of work and improvement.

This is not a 3.5 star.. Lota of cockroaches and bugs.. And the area is scary at night

No cleanliness, had bad smell at the lobby. Food was ice cold.

Location is strategical. Easy to acess.

Manage by Indian mgt. They are cheap as they come get. They are charging 3 RM for dental kit for every person which I didn’t take though. Small bed bug like cockroaches in the room which is unacceptable. very much old unit. Mixed up of everything office/ rented apartment/ service apartment, hotel

This property and facilities needs major upgrade. Its a little mpre than a hostel. The 1st impression I got was walking into a poorly maintained government flat.I certainly will not recommend this property as a business hotel as I noticed its a shared apartment building used by semi skilled laboures

The room furniture and the amenities were very old and the iron provided was dirty and ruined my clothes

Easy for grab to pick up because near to main road.

Part hotel, part apartments. Fast lifts, friendly helpful staff. Saturday night market in local area is fantastic, great food and inexpensive products

Swimming pool area is a bit run down. Rooms could do with a lick of paint.

I had to wait to check in ...owner cud not find my booking ..had to wait while he sorted it out

only carpet maybe need to have deep cleaning, aircond controller need to upgrade, and hire pest control, not using moth ball...

Great Location.There is a parking lot available but you have to pay. No need to struggle to find parking. The room is comfortable, the important thing is clean sheets and pillowcases. Two pillows for one person.

Staff name Donna is friendly,humble and helping me with sincere.

Swimming pool full with pigeon flying around and the poops drop into the pool

When the receptionist give me room no. In the first time there is guest inside for the second key card room gave me there is again guest inside so that i cant imagine it seems they are not monetoring properly the room if there is a guest or no person in that room before they give the guest key card room number upon check in thats the thing i dont like but everthing is good i hope they improve that things thank you.
