Good location, clean and comfort. Good value for your money. ideal for family. Good Breakfast served.

Environment near hotel is peaceful and safe with security staff always around. Manager of hotel, Mr Khai is very helpful and prompt in action in resolving issues as per request.

Limited variety of food available to suit my taste.

Although i did not get the room with Queen size bed, i'm still love it coz it was very spacious and clean..very comfy and peaceful.

Great location, we stay here every year during MIFF exhibition. Great stuff, we asked for early check in and early check out, our breakfast was moved to time we needed, wonderful hostability, nice friendly staff. Pleasant view from the room.

Location of hotel ideal , no disturbance of noise during the night. Breakfast provided is good since it consist of varities Malaysian dishes.

Cafe staff not well speaking in English and bahasa Malaysia, had difficulty when order food for in- house dining.

Located at the centre or KL

Parking lot with 1.8m height limit. My car with roofbox 1.9m need to park outside at road side, limited space but free. Old facility, but well maintained. Badly at my 2nd day their is water supply sortage. Totally no water at toilet.

Reasonably priced

Maintenance and upkeepong of property. Providing just one key card is not the best when we are travelling with family and the same key card is used for powering the electricity. Hard to mange to go up and down the hotel facilities.

Breakfast is not tasty even they have many verity. Preparation was very bad.

Take care of breakfast preparation. Change the cook.

Location and room was good

Front desk staff was super rude and breakfast was bad, plus staff at the breakfast was rude and not at all supportive

location is good, restaurants are in walking distance.

The bathroom with stains, and no shower - head shower place in corner inside bathtub, you will get fully wet if open - not recommended if you have elderly person in family. triple bed, too small, non comfy - breakfast so average - nothing is taste good, all dried - cold- no attendant to assist. building need to be maintained - pool were empty, the staff near cafe - poorly speak - so rude.

Staff were normal but no English spoken so hard to communicate

Bath tub, basin, toilet were dirty, mouldy, carpet were not clean, not enough room, they changed everyday but not much standard products overall . Too expensive but no quality.

Everything was good about the hotel. They have a restaurant on the ground floor which was very useful. Their breakfast was nice.

They should clean the floors thoroughly. Although they did way above average. They need to invest in TV channels, only showed channels in local language.

Breakfast was not up to mark. Chole was not properly cooked. Indian Food Dal Tadka was served without Tadka. Much more important required

Well located at prime area. Right in the centre of KL

Parking is pretty difficult to find

Location is ideal for resting peacefully.

Booking for two single bed but given one queen bed and had to transfer to another room to suit my requirement and had to wait for long time to have the room ready. Missing iron in room locker but iron stand is available.

I liked the breakfast & swimming pool. The staff were also very cordial.There were a lot of facilities. The hotel was very clean and it is at a good location.

Nothing, we liked everything. However, At night we got only 7Eleven without any shops and very silent environment for walking purposes. Overall, it was excellent.

Entrance lobby and pool area was clean and well maintained

Buffet breakfast was not worth it at all. Try to give less options but with better quality. Thanks to your cut fruits as that was the only thing I enjoyed
