Impiana Klcc Hotel

Excellent location between Petronas Towers and Pavilion with a great link bridge straight from the hotel. Our room on 8th floor had a superb view of the towers. Concierge helpfulBreakfast, plentiful with a range of both western and Asian dishes

The staff were super nice and helpful--they updated my room for free and were available throughout my stay. They breakfast has tons of local and international options, everything seemed fresh and tasty. The room was somewhat clean, very spacious and had more than the necessary amenities. The hotel connected to the towers, convention center and two different malls through a pedestrian bridge, which was a lifesaver for the monsoon season. Definitely recommend!

The room is a bit old and the bathroom was a bit worn out. Didn't really affect my stay, and it was all cleaned so didn't bother me, but good to know for someone who's looking for a very luxurious experience.

Spacious comfortable clean and quiet room with stunning view on city center.Great breakfast buffet with a vast choice 10 Min walking distance to Petronas towers, the hotel even has a direct connection to the KLCC pedestrian bridge.

A few days before arriving we decided to arrive one day earlier than planned. So we sent a mail to ask if our room would be available the night before. Neither did we receive an answer, nor was the staff at the reception informed about it when we arrived.It took then more than an hour to arrange, and they did not even offer us a drink while waiting.

The room was amazing, very spacious and I had a great view of the towers (I paid for a room with a landmark view). The bed was incredibly comfy, the staff were friendly, the pool was great with an amazing view of the towers.

My only issue was that breakfast was very disappointing. There was lots of choice but it was quite greasy and heavy. There was also only black tea or coffee as hot drinks. I don't drink either and asked if they had any other types of tea but was told no. I was surprised for such a large hotel to not have any other hot drinks.

The location is excellent.And you have your windows facing the pool.They have excellent breakfast. The bed matrasses and pillow are excellent for a good sleep

The bathroom is dirty with stains that weren’t cleaned for long. The body gel dispenser is not functioning, they offer a kettle but due to small basin.The toilet flush is terrible, no water pressure

Rooms are run down & needs refurbishing. Bathroom door was so old as we had difficulty sliding them open/close.

The stuff, the room itself, the location & the view..The pool was great and has great view..

The breakfast, It must have an improvment towards Arabic & Turkish Cuisines.

The location, very near to offices, mall, klcc, in a walking distance to most of the places. Nice view! Staff who did the check in, mid age male employees was very helpful and accommodative.

Location is very good. Walking distance to klcc and pavilion bukit bintang. Just use the walk bridge connected to the hotel. Breakfast is delicious and many choices.

1- The hotel offers incredibly easy access to all of KLCC through a pedestrian bridge connected directly by the hotel elevator. You can walk to Suria KLCC Mall, the Petronas Twin Towers, and Pavilion in just minutes.2- The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.3- The hotel lobby is impressively spacious and welcoming.4- There are plenty of elevators, so getting to the lobby or street level is quick and convenient.5- The view of the Petronas Twin Towers and the city skyline from the hotel is truly breathtaking.6- The hotel even has its own supermarket located right inside the lobby, which is extremely convenient.7- The swimming pool offers an amazing view and is a perfect spot to relax.

The rooms could be a bit cleaner, especially the shower area and the toilets, which would make the stay even more comfortable.

I have to say that the location was great!!! Hotel directly connected to Suria KLCC Mall and the Petronas Towers via a link bridge. It offered seamless access to the towers and mall without needing to cross busy streets.

I really liked everything for the price.
