Regular guest, good location, security good

everything. they accept card payment at the property. not easy to find a simple but beautiful room this size with all amenities for this price anywhere else specially in this region of the city. they are humble and kind. staff is very friendly and patient. they always helped me if I needed them.

no kitchen and no coffee, laundry is slow and has no softener, 2 days and clothes were not ready bc or of weather, I did not ask for a refund. those things could improve.

Location, near public transportation, many eatery around, now upgrade china town area is on moving, neast soon complete, very present and walk around

The renovation & upgrade job done Infront the hotel main entrance walkway is a bit jammed n messy, difficult to walk,

big screen TV, quietness, they even do laundry, really a pleasant stay

location still not fully operational,I mean they still doing work outside the hotel, probably will come back to see the final result...I bet it's going to be amazing n

Greeted well room was clean

Room was small, no towels, I had to leave urgently after staying 1 night (booked and paid 7), i needed help to get transport either taxi or Grab, the girl on recetion would not help, so at 2am i am a 67yr old woman, with luggage, alone in Chinatown which now is very dirty and ghetto, everything was closed just a few people around...I finally found a cafè open he Hotspot so I could fix my grab app and get grab, I need to return to KL in 3 weeks with my husband we will not be stating at Hotel chinatown 2....also upon booking th price was just over 300myr when I booked hot to payment it was well over 500myr without warning. Never stay there again.

It’s in China town

Stayed for 5 nights! Never a day for room service, bedspreads were not changed! Very small rooms, staff are not considerate or customer centric . The price doesn’t match the services provided. No refrigerator! It’s pathetic

They cheated us. We paid on Booking.com when we were reserving the rooms for two adults. However, one of us didn’t make the trip, for which , they didn’t even refund us and they made pay again upon arrival.

Price of room was expensive for the room size and facilities. No adequate A/C. When i arrived the hotel was locked so had to call - this was during the checkin time

Location is good.In Petaling Street,just 7 mins walk from lrt station of Pasar Seni..Hotel is clean.The room size is good .Had problem with the toilet flush but it was quickly fixed.Will stay there again when I am in KL.Good value.

Nothing.The room is without window but I aleady know about this when booking the room.That's why it's cheaper.Ok with me .

the location was excellent right in the middle of the main china town street the older gentleman was very friendly

the lady that was on the counter was very unhelpful to the point of rude and sarcastic and made you feel that you were just a hassle for her to deal with

This was my second stay this month, this time was just an overnight stay. Good rooms, great location etc. A good hotel.

Disappointed to have hassles with the wifi (I was down the back on the 5th floor). Even resetting the modem didn't sort the problem for long. Usually when this happens, it is because the equipment is old and needs replacing.

Convenient location, just inside Petaling Street

1. You have to go up a flight of stairs to reach the lobby. There is a lift in the lobby. 2. There is only one socket in the whole room 3. The air conditioner is a central system and you don’t have a remote control. 4. Opening and closing doors are not electronic, they use traditional keys. 5. When I checked in at night, I saw several bags of garbage in the corridor, which were not cleared until the next night. The garbage was not tied up properly, and there were paper cups and a few drinks left in it, so it was easy to cause trouble. 6. The toilet is easy to get clogged 7. The room I was given was not made up, the bed was very messy, and there was rubbish in the trash can. With my tired body, I dragged my luggage and dropped it at the counter to tell the staff that she had moved to another room.

The apartment was in a great location and very cheap. The facilities were clean.

The hotel room had a bed light that did not work. The TV provided in the room also did not work.

All round, a good experience staying at HCT2. Friendly staff, quiet rooms with all the basics well covered. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel had free wireless Internet.

I didn't really like staying in Chinatown, and the linens on the bed where a bit dingy.
