Good service and facilities

No extra hangers, no android yv so forced to watch local tv channel

This time, we get the double room as requested.

Didn't get free parking. Validated TnG card, but still got charged RM10 for overnight parking.

It was a freaking out and frustrated experience and I did not receive any refund from them yet.

They were slow in response to my queries about my room's type and late check-in caused by my flight's delays. And they asked me to pay MYR 20 for the tourist tax and MYR 50 as a deposit. I found out my room rates actually included the tourist tax although I got back MYR 60 in cash when I decided not to stay there for another night.It was a very unexpected and distressed experience with this hotel. I did not feel they welcomed me as their client as they did not provide a hair dryer, an electric kettle and tissue papers inside my room. I needed to get water from a hot and cold water dispenser outside my room in the corridor.I told their manager there was no hot water supply from the dispenser the next morning, he said there should be. But he did not bother to ask any staff to show me how to get hot water from it. Also, I did not know how to use the electric shower in my room, I called the front desk for help after I checked in to it. Later on, one of their staff came and showed me how to switch on the electric shower. He found out the shower head was having malfunction simultaneously but he said he would send someone to repair it the next day.During midnight, I was awoken by very loud firecrackers and similar noises from outside although there was no window in my room. I felt very tired but I couldn't fall into asleep again until the room became quiet and I couldn't figure out where the noises were from. Moreover, around 6ish in the morning, the toilet's flushing system suddenly started to flush the toilet continuously. I was awoken by the noise again. I went inside the toilet to find out what had happened to the flushing system when I could not sleep anymore with the annoying noise coming from the toilet. Moreover, I tried to stop the water to flush by pressing the button slightly many times but failed. But I could do so after I reported this to them.

Room Clean & comfortable & toilet are also clean.

Good location.

Check in took a very long time. The hallway and common area was a bit average and wasn’t super clean. It worked for one night.

It's ok, but I request a double bed, and they gave me a twin bed. But it's okay for me. the location is good, very good, connect with many destination like night market, MRT, the bank and near by convient store.

Well, I think the hotel need more signboard or direction board. Because, it's not easy to find the right way to the hotel... I walked into the mall and take time to find the right way.

Perfect Location Staff was realy very friendly.just need to change linen every day.otherwise everything was Good.Must recommend. If get chance next time i will stay here again.

Room was good, AC was good.

Hard to find entrance (access via elevators only)Alleyway and the lifts smell a bit.Shower wasn't cold, but wasn't hot.

Staff was friendly, let us store our luggage with no extra fee, water station was available.

Location is good near to petaling street. 5minutes walk. Car pack is free

Lack of basoc facilities like tissue paper amd shampoo shortage and towels.

Nearby the petaling street and many food to choose...staff was helpful and always smile while attempting customer...worth the money I pay

We ask for late checkout ( 1 hour only) and they try to charge us a bit not flexible Outside area oh the hotel not safe after 9 pm what is not really convenient with child

Great location, basic yet with all the necessities, The bed is comfortable too.

Highly recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean with good AC. There is free filtered water stations and ironing boards outside the rooms. Free washing machine and dryer for guests which although is busy at times was very handy. The location is excellent , right at the entrance to Chinatown and a short walk from MRT station with 7eleven at the front door. We actually extended our stay and the staff very kindly allowed us to stay in our original room.

The room is value for the money and the location is very nice.

The WiFi is a bit unstable and the sound proof is bad.

Family room is quite spacious.Cleanliness is good ?. Staff are friendly and helpful.Worth the money.Good location too.

Parking area going to the lower basement is quite dark, lights are dim.We arrived 30mins late but still have to wait another 30mins to check in as the room is still under cleaning process and the system is down so was not able to get the access card right away. Other than the above, I this hotel is still highly recommended because of the positive aspects of it.
