There are not enough kinds of food

The room should be cleaned once every two days. Our room haven’t cleaned and changed towels for 6 days

Only hand towels were given. Toilet hose was leaking.

I loved my stay at the property! The room was spotless and beautifully arranged, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. The whole place had a calm and relaxing vibe,

Cleaning was not daily also collecting trash was not daily. The bathroom was smelling not good No dryer only washing machine

Adequate in-house facility including Washing machine, microwave and swimming pools!

It’s worn and tired, requires maintenance. The toilet bowl when flushing flooded the floor. The security safe not working. The front reception, not so helpful. The keys to the front door, the lock needs lubrication. Just these little things that could be done better.

Old and smelly pillows and blankets!!! Dirty bathroom. Broken shower. Hot water running 5min.Only 2 elevators work. No AC inside the building(levels and elevator).

City view was awesome! The duplex was great and peaceful! the furniture looked new and luxurious! super clean! best location as 2-4 mins walk to The Pavilion Mall and The Exchange TRX

Place has not been well maintained over the years was excellent 6 years ago. Now we have paint coming off the ceiling of the shower, shower hose broken and not replaced. some doors won't close.

Dirty, run-down place. Broken kitchen equipment. The mattress in the master BD is painful, all you can feel is metal wires.

Staffs are not good. They charged me two times. I paid the bill at property, and they took again 958.48 USD from the credit card. Meaning double charged. They have not still refund the money to the account. Anyhow, my vacation is disturbed.

The staff and especially as directed by their mgmt lacks humility, they are instructed never to give away any freebie “no free room upgrades, no free late checkouts”You’re paying a despite so that they can use it to make some extra profit for their manager. My son got diagnosed with influenza type A when we were staying at the hotel, he was on his way to recovery but we wanted to get a free check out until 3pm as our bus to SG was leaving around 5pm from the hotel. I made the request 2 days before my checkout date. The receptionists pulled every excuses in the book:a) he claimed the hotel was fully booked. I showed him they had plenty of rooms on booking.comb) then he said his hotel is in line with other competitors in the area(I checked online and some hotels allow for late checkin up to 6pm if you’re part of their free-to-join loyalty program)c) finally he told me of the hotel management policy of not giving away anything to customers. You’re a walking sack of money to them. Even when I shown him my son’s diagnosis (he even asked to see the clinic stamp) and he still told me that his senior manager will not accept it. (He was always given the authority to reject it). I asked him to try anyways. Of course next day he said it wasn’t approved. He told me that if I want to stay until 3pm it will be 100 MYR per hour (total of 200 MYR) I told him my booking was at 200 MYR per day. He told me it’s the hotel policy. Its means that if I would stay until 4pm I would have to pay 300 MYR which is higher than a night stay. My friends ask me about the hotel and I had given them the same warning. Don’t stay here if you want to be treated as a guest. If you’re fine to be treated like this, go ahead and enjoy yourself. And finally: all those replies to the reviews are made by a person with a fake title. No such position as customer care relationship manager. I asked to speak to him and I was told this position is not real.

the location was very nice and comfortable with a family. nice open big apartment style rooms. The swimming pools although small very nicely placed. Good play space for kids.

Breakfast was underpar. They forgot to clean up the room one day when we informed they said they didnt have anyone for clean up after 5 pm.

It is in the heart of bukhit bintang near restaurants and shops The duplex apartment was clean and spacious and equipped with a washer/dryer.One of the two pools was out of service but the other - an infinity roof top pool was very good and not too busy There is a kids area with free arcade games

One of the pools was temporarily closed The apartment was clean but not entirely pristine -Furniture had suffered a few blows but these were minor issues Buffet Breakfast was included in the price but was pretty dire witb most warm foods (except the rice) allowed to go cold

Location was best feature of it however there are lots of other newer apartments near by.

The location is excellent — walking distance to TRX Mall and Pavilion Mall. Having a washing machine and a large fridge was very convenient. The bell service staff were very helpful and quick with the luggage.

Furniture is worn, the bathroom is very small with an unpleasant smell, and Wi-Fi does not reach the lower floor. There is no mirror or trash bin in the room. My cleaning request was ignored once, and sound insulation is poor, so traffic noise was audible even on the 21st floor. The staircase inside the room is unsafe for small children.
