View from the top is amazing! Rooms great, would definitely stay there again!

The vibe is very relaxing and family friendly. Room size was good.

It was not clean at the time of check in. The living room was dusty and little dirty. Room Swimming pool doesn’t have any facility like heater or filter.

A very nice and luxury hotel with amazing rooftop views on Petronas Towers etc. Great private pool on the balcony which is a great idea and we loved itvery spacious room and bathroom very comfy bed

The air conditioning was very strong and positioned directly above the bed, which could be a problem for anyone who doesn’t like cold air blowing on their head while sleeping.the gym is very basic although has an amazing view

Staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks to Nadia at the front desk who went out of her way to accommodate our request.

On different days, we had the name of a different hotel guest in our hotel room tv. We could see their full names, bills, room number and wifi password. When I brought it up to the front desk staff and voiced my concerns about guest privacy, the staff was rather dismissive and said they’ve had no complaints about the issue, totally disregarding my concerns. So my takeaway is, the hotel doesnt value guest privacy so guests beware.

Very good breakfast, verity of choices and I love the freshly squeeze juice and Kombucha.

The outdoor swimming pool is a bit too small, you can't swim. Just drip in the warm pool, that's it.

This hotel is beautiful, in a great location - easy access to KLCC Park and the Petronas Towers. Rooms are gorgeous. We had a corner room with lots of windows, and the pool on the balcony - on the 28th floor. The Level 52 pool has exceptional views, especially at night. It was never too busy which was great. The bed was a little hard, but not uncomfortable.

Sadly the staff left us very disappointed. Concierge on the ground floor are extremely welcoming and helpful. I could not fault them in any way. However, the reception staff we encountered were virtually incompetent. When we arrived, we were told the booking was only for 1 person. This was after several emails back and forth from me saying this was for my husband and my wedding anniversary. They insisted the booking was for 1 person, and only 1 breakfast would be included. We paid for the other breakfast, but I do feel this was something that could have been better addressed. On check-out we were given a bill for drinks billed to our room, falsely. I told the lady and said I would need proof that we had signed for the drinks. She couldn't find anything and assured me there would be no charge to my credit card. A day later I saw they had charged my credit card. I emailed the hotel, and a day later had an apology to say it had been incorrectly charged and I would be refunded. I wait! The worst thing though was being forced to check out of the room almost 3 hours early as there was fire testing and no lifts were in use. Not one single staff member could tell us what the procedures would be, nor were we offered any sort of compensation (like an included breakfast) for having to vacate the room early. This sadly did leave us with an overall feeling of disappointment in this hotel.

I recently stayed at Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur and had an amazing experience! The highlight of my stay was definitely the private pool inside the suite — such a unique and luxurious touch. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the city views in complete privacy.The suite itself was spacious, modern, and very clean, with elegant décor and comfortable bedding. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to KLCC and all the main attractions.Staff were polite and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and exclusive. The rooftop facilities and the skyline view were also impressive.If you’re looking for a luxury stay in Kuala Lumpur with something extra special, I highly recommend Imperial Lexis. The private pool alone makes it worth it!

5/5 Satisfactory for its cleanliness, check in & check out system, friendly frontliners & food stalls & restaurants are all 5 to 10 mnutes driving distance. Masjid As Syakirin is just 850m away and reacheable via walking

This place was cool. The room was great, having a pool instead of a balcony was cool. Swimming in my room as I looked out over the city scape was cool. Recomend 100%. Japanese restraunt on one of the top floors we very good.

The elvators to the restraunts and amenities on the top floors didn't use the same elevators that the rooms did. So you have to go down to the lobby and change elevators to go back up. Can't do anything to fix that I guess.

During our family stay, we booked three rooms and found that the overall cleanliness was below expectations. The floors appeared unvacuumed and sticky, and there was noticeable dust throughout the rooms.

Booked premium room. Layout of the room is too awkward. View is bad. Swimming pool is small. The breakfast buffet was too crowded.

Excellent location and luxurious hotel

Vert strict with check out. Did not give late check out after 12PM. had to pay for 3 hours a lot. Rate for extra hours very expensive.
