Perfect location, gr8 bed, and excellent service!

About the room fine location but the cleaning not that much

I don't like every time I give lundry I must pay than will delivery my clothes I paid for my room in advance for 6 nights . I will not pay for my clothes?

I like the staff. they were so nice.

The elevator. It has sound, and was really slow until it open in each floor. The air inside was quite thin. it was quite uncomfortable in the elevator.

I noticed that one elevator was out of service for maintenance, even though the hotel should have expected high traffic due to the number of guests, particularly from F1 fans.

The room was exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also exceptional. Location is amongst the best.

Elevator to slow long waits

Breakfast was excellent. The bellboy Karl was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient.

Very busy breakfast. But I admire how fast they were wer able to seat the guests even with a long line. It was also a bit slow at the elevators as one was under repair. Elevatora were usually full

Elevators are so slow, worse when usually cramped with guest going to the banquet on the 3rd floor who should be directed to use the escalators instead...

The staff were super nice, they spoiled us with an anniversary cake and gave my kids cookies and toys. The rooms are super clean and its location is close to everything.

A friendly tip for guests staying before August 29th — consider requesting a higher floor, as renovation work is currently ongoing on the lower levels.

The housekeeping was very good and on time every day.The range of food for breakfast was very good.The location of the hotel to shopping and the MRT is excellent.The hotel staff were very polite and helpful.

The western breakfast food was sometimes cold or at best lukewarm. The heater lamps didn’t keep the food warm.The aircon in the restaurant was very cold so the food got cold very quickly.

Thank you Faisal and team! We have had the most memorable and heart warming experience. Every team member was so welcoming and accommodating. We celebrated my parents 50th Wedding anniversary, my mother was so warmed by the hospitality and quality of service. Nothing was too much for the staff here, and they always went above and beyond. Our room was very comfortable, and always clean. I must reiterate that the room attendants were always on point with their helpfulness, and attentiveness. Greatly appreciated. Gym is small but well equipped with a small basketball court. Pool was great, dons a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast at M club or Crossroads was great, a good selection of cuisines, Indian, Chinese, American, fruits, yogurts and several salads. The ‘Made to Order’ egg station offered us perfect omelettes every time and same goes with the MTO seafood laksa. Friendly staff and chefs, always very pleasant. Drinks and canapés from 17:30hr at the Club lounge was a great addition to this package. Simple and smaller selection of hot and cold food however, the quality was always very good. Location is perfect, close to EVERYTHING, super convenient to the MRT, shops and just about anything you could need! Thanks you again Team, we look forward to returning soon!

Everything was pleasant about my stay and of course, the location was very convenient. However there was one thing that was disappointing about the room facility which was misleading because I had booked my stay with this hotel after noticing the hotel photo online of the bathroom had a bidet. Unfortunately there was no bidet in our bathroom.

Amazing breakfast , best I have ever seen.

1 lift was out of action and construction work was going on .
