It felt like a home away from home

It was very clean and quiet.

No hot water in all those days we were there.It is hard to shave with cold water or clean the dishes.

Bigger space than other common Singapore hotels. Near minimart, food court, and bus stops.

Prime location

I was surprised to see a rice cooker with worms in my room . They changed it later but the fact that they provided unclean cookware was surprising and I was travelling with a toddler .. one of the nights aircon started leaking heavy and the room floor was fully wet ..

Property is great, clean and comfortable but the front desk is not that friendly…

Location and service

First day when we arrived the room garbage was not clean but after informing they cleaned the garbage.

Excellent rooms in all ways and close to some local malls and food outlets

I knew the location before booking so expect to take taxis or public transportation when travelling to the city and popular areas

The room is well kept and clean. The location is convenient with bus stops right outside the hotel both ways.

A very basic hotel with hardly any service provided by hotel staff. Location was no good, nothing around like Cafes, Restaurants Malls, transport etc.

The apartment was beautiful, incredibly spacious, and felt completely new. Having different areas to relax made the experience so comfortable, and it was great to enjoy Singapore at a slower, more home-like pace.

For a serviced apartment with an in-unit washer, it felt under-equipped — there were no laundry capsules or detergent provided, which is a very basic item when offering a washing machine.The kitchen was also missing some essentials. There was no dish towel or cleaning cloth, and no basic cooking items such as oil, salt, or pepper. I understand that many people eat out in Singapore, but choosing an apartment usually means expecting a certain level of comfort and practicality for simple cooking. In this case, it fell a bit short.Overall, the amenities could definitely be better equipped to match the otherwise lovely apartment.

First, the people! The staffs were amazing! Next, the location. Very convenient and near to everything basic. The place felt like a home away from home.

Nothing. Everything was spot on. Even the checkin after 11 was easy because we were given clear and precise instructions

The room is really big compared to others at the same price range. It has full equipment: TV, kitchen, fridge, washing machine.You really can just live like an apartment, you don't need waiters cleaning your room everyday at all.The bus stop is right outside the gate, which is also nice, considering you get really tired after a day of going places, seeing the hotels when the bus doors open is just icing on the cake

Nothing really, the only problem is that the TV runs on their OEM firmware and not an android tv, there is no YouTube, etc... just 45 tv channels and phone mirroring Another small thing that I saw is that my room although being advertised by the clerk having one king size bed, it is actually 2 smaller beds placed next to each other, you can really feel your arm sink into the gap between them if you accidentally place your arm in the right place

A superb value for money stay in Singapore! The Citadines had everything we needed for a short stay in Singapore. A great pool and outdoor area, super comfy room, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. A bustop right outside our hotel made for easy access into the city and a number 24hr mini marts & late closing eateries gave us extra options when we needed them. When we come back to Singapore, we will definitely stay here again!

Bed was nice, the studio room was overall cute and comfortable for a couple. I also enjoyed the coffee provided by the staff which they were kind to refill every other day. The bathroom was also super clean which I love! We also felt grateful for the laundromat in the facilities that we could use to do our laundry!

Walking barefoot in the room I noticed there is a lot of dust on the floor from the first moment. We stayed for 6 nights and the room was cleaned 3 times, but I found it quite interesting that I could still see some dust puffs here and there (and especially on the carpet), the kettle that was used for tea or coffee would not be washed, cups we kept by the bedside for water during the night would also not be washed, which was a bit disappointing

Facilities were well maintained and staffs were accomodating. Cleaning service were provided 3 times per week. Beds were comfortable.

The pillows were too high for us and we asked for a change. But they only have 1 type. We stayed for 2 months and sleeping with the pillows for 2 months were challenging.

Location is not bad considering the bus stop just in the front door. Elevators are excellent. Staff are very helpful and good overall.

Cleaning though left a bit to be desired for as we stayed for 5 nights but noticed spots here and there were not cleaned out properly

could have used more coffee packs but otherwise no complaints.management very helpfull when we have an issue which turned out to be our fault.
