Great location for a cool, modern hotel with great staff and amenities. The rooftop bar is fantastic.

Finding taxi is more difficult

The Shower and bath absolutely satisfying!!! And unlimited mineral water, tea and coffee and soft drinks and many other Definitely love to stay again

Anything except the gym is a bit too dusty ?And the lifts are too confusing ?

Mainly a business district

The location was fantastic. The breakfast buffet over the top and the staff very polite and pleasant.

The servicing of the room was below expectations. We had to call down for service as we left for dinner and I did not appear they cleaned the bathroom. The “included” refreshment station was not restocked daily as was promised

The different layout of the room made it unique, but I wish there was more space in the bathroom for clothes or small luggage instead of having to go to the other end for them.

The bathroom had no ventilation and the windows couldn’t be opened, leaving no way to air it out. The smell went straight into the bedroom, making the stay less enjoyable, and the bathroom lock was broken too. For a hotel of this stature, overlooking something as basic as ventilation feels like a design irony

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are modern and very well decorated, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. The minibar is free, one time, and my kids loved this. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very attentive. But the best feature is the rooftop bar. Wow, what a sight to enjoy a gorgeous Singapore sunset. Magical!

When we checked out we left our luggage to be stored at the lobby, which is located on the 25th floor, but nobody told us that pickup was on Level 2. It would have been nice to know…

Brilliant location right above the Bugis Street MRT Station and within walking distance to Arab Street and Little India. Beautiful hotel with fantastic amenities and a rooftop bar/ restaurant with spectacular views. Super comfortable bed and modern amenities. Would stay again for sure.

We liked everything.

Designer hotel overseeing the city. Room was spacious (more than I expected), clean and well isolated. The swimming pool was a gem and not too crowder. Staff were attentive and helpful.

Only some construction around the building but that is temporary and would not impact my decision about coming back there. :)

Humidity issue in the lifts and common areas. Had to move room once. Swimming pool water was not clean.

The comfortable beds, nice rooms, rooftop bar and great pool area.

Everything …except the restaurant was overpriced for meals which we only took breakfast and one lunch by the pool.

The elevators are a bit odd. Check in on level 25 then move to another elevator for accessing your rooms.

The hotel is surrounded by local restaurants open from early morning to late evening, so you have many options. The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable; to a point, I wanted to know where I could get their mattress.Breakfast is buffet-style, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes and preferences. I want to compliment the restaurant's service team on their efficiency and courtesy during the busiest breakfast hours. I was very impressed by their level of professionalism.

Their reception area is located on the 25th floor. The check-in procedure is a bit confusing. There are three open counters in that area. Their staff is around, but I think they also recommend self-check-in, so when we got to the 25th floor, we didn't know where to queue up and what to do. There was no clear indication. There must be a simple solution for that.The water pressure in the shower could be stronger. To some people, that could be one of the determining factors for choosing a hotel.Placing extra boxes of tissues by the bed and the coffee and tea counter would be nice. These small and inexpensive items would make life more convenient for your guests.

While the room was slightly smallish, it was very nicely designed and comfortable. Adequate room for storage. Well located to get to major things to see with a 10-15 minute cab ride. Many local restaurants nearby. Several breakfast choices from continental to full breakfast. Limited alcohol choices at the bar, however.
