No parking available. Have to fight with the parking for shoplots. Bathrooms are not so clean. Rooms are ok but pretty small for 4 ppl. The bed was creaky, always has a spring sound. Water was not topped up till the last day of our stay

Super clean, very friendly staff, rooms were basic, tidy and what I expected.

Location is very close to public transit, and there is a grocery store and a good restaurant right across the street. They provide free water and ice, which is a lifesaver if you're not used to the tropical climate, and there's AC in each room.

It was very easy to hear anyone in the halls if they were making noise at night despite the rules, and the rain is very loud on the bottom floor, which makes it hard to sleep.

Nice quiet location. Good local services for with a pub and grocery store across the road.

I stayed for 2 nights in a detached small room-shared bathrooms, on the patio/deck of the hotel, with easy and private access. The room was perfectly clean, everything looked new; it was very private. The room size may not be very big, but it was good for me to get dressed, be comfortable and rest. The ladies in reception were very kind and patient with me. There is a supermarket, literally crossing the street, with very kind staff, too (by the way). The bathrooms were clean and practical. The area looked and felt totally safe and clean.

The vibe of the place is very homie. The neighborhood is also quite and clean. There's also convenient store, bars and restaurant right across the property.

Probably a bigger smoking area.

The property was accommodative with my number of guest arrangement changes. Very good location when visiting Sentosa Island. I was also allowed to drop off my bags in the morning before checking in later in the evening.

The property is by the main road. Had to rush in and out of taxi/grab with luggage. As the room walls and door are thin, loud movements and conversations can be heard from the corridor.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location was good for the conference I was attending.

I had on purpose booked a room with breakfast. Turns out the breakfast was a pack of cereals and a carton of milk that I had to pick up from the reception (once it opened). Next time I would book a hotel without breakfast and arrange my own breakfast (some hotels provide a fridge in the room).The airconditioning in the room was way too cold for my liking, but the temperature could not be adjusted. So it was either off or on.

Staffs are friendly and approachable

I didn't sleep well because my neighbor is noisy. She's on the phone until midnight.

The ad says that bfast is included, we were not informed that bfast was no longer available this time. They should have contacted us if there was change or the details in the booking ahould have been updated.

I liked the spacious room and their careful cleaning services. Location is close to the National University of Singapore and had a good access to several Hawkers.

Only one laundry and drying machine is present, so I have to consider several times to put my clothes in the wash. Firstly, I was surprised by the cost of doing laundry but later found that was a reasonable price.

Clean beds and toilet. But the floor was sticky. Was happy with the water dispenser in the room.

It's located in a really remote location. Limited food options nearby and there no breakfast available nearby too.

The picture on booking.com is deceptive. K2 is a backpackers at best. We left after one night and went to a hotel. Out of pocket for the 2nd night. No lift and had to man handle four suitcases up steps just to get to the reception. Unless you want to be ripped off go somewhere else.

Great guestroom, cheapest than most hotels. They upgraded our room to get a private bathroom, thanks so much!There is a complimentary breakfast with milk, coffee and cereals.Definitely reccomended!

Air con was great and functioning at full force. Air con is a must in Singapore so having a good and operational one at our room was a massive win. Bed and pillows were nice and new and room cleaned daily. There is a mini-market right in front of the hotel which makes things very easy when travelling with kids.

Location is a bit far from major touristic points (about an 1hour on public transport) but public transport is easily available (about 10min walking). Breakfast is "complementary" meaning it may or may not be served/available. Breakfast is simple, limited to cereal, milk and coffee, but there is a mini-market right in front of the hotel where you can buy other supplies for your breakfast as you want/need.

Convenient and nice vibe. Good value for money for Singapore.
