    Pros +

    • location, very near to MRT station and restaurants. the room is okay for family.
    • The price was a trap It is really not what is showing , it was like parking lot separated and made parishioners to sleep homeless people. I would never will pay 20% of what I paid for it . It is really a tarp and misguiding ,
    • Very convenient location, and if you are looking to visit KL as well, the bus stop is just right across the street! Staff were nice and very accommodating too.

    Cons -

    • the sink is leaking
    • Only the location,
    • None really, all checkboxes ticked.

Unhygienic room, with permanent moisture smell, and low light.

The property was very clean and had everything we need for a short stay. It was very good located to consist the most interested places at Singapore. (Garden at the Bay, Helix Bridge, etc.)

There was nothing to say negative about the hotel. :)

There was very little to like. This hotel was a disgrace.

I understand that there is a place in the market for hotels like this however not at this price point. The following list is not exhaustive. The bathroom and toilet were unclean with grime and mould all over the surfaces, one half used toilet roll for our use, cracks in the tiles. No new cakes of soap, just a grotty wall mounted dispenser with very dubious soaps and shampoos. We did ask at reception for soap, but they didn’t have any. The soap dispenser was located in the shower room, so every time you used the toilet you had to go into the shower room for soap and then go back to hand basin in the toilet room to wash your hands. The lift was out of order and we had to lug our luggage up stairs. As the lift didn’t work we had to walk through a filthy stairwell and storeroom to get to our room. As such anyone from the street could walk straight through to your door and not be challenged. The staff were disengaged at best and more interested in their phones than the bare minimum of service. All of the basic appliances (kettle, tv, etc) were of the cheapest make and none of the plugs matched the wall sockets, so we had to use our own travel adapter for both. One was European standard, one was Australian and the rest was Singaporean. The TV was a relic, not digital. The bed linen and pillows were made of the nastiest materials, there was hair and stains in the bed linen as well. To add to this was the sound of Karaoke keeping us up until early hours of the morning. This was costing us approx. $ 450 per night. We are really not in the habit of leaving poor reviews however this hotel was abysmal. The owners should be ashamed of themselves as this hotel is a very poor reflection of Singapores otherwise excellent standards.

Staff were kind. The bathroom was roomy and had a bidet.

When we got there, we were assigned a room with dingy walls and stinky smell, like that of a smelly sock. It wa all over the room -- the headboard, the pillows, even the mattress. We were reassigned to another room it smelt better. Worth noting perhaps it's not a hotel hotel but more like an apartment room for rent type. The elevator doors keep closing on us. It happened also that because the doors closed soon as my husband and my eldest child stepped out, my younger son and I were left in the elevator. It closes that fast.

Quick access to rooms without going thru the reception. Card access lift

InSufficient power light for short term business traveller. Plugs for hot water cannot find so cannot make instant coffee

    Location

The room is quite small and not very clean. The pillows, bed linens, and towels are old, not fresh, and have a bad smell. Additionally, the bathroom has a leak in the bidet, which causes a wet floor.

    5katrinePosted on: 9-7-2024

the room toilet is separated to shower

we are not able to use the tv because no signal..the tv is not smart tv no channels..

The price was the predominant factor for us and so this hotel was the most cost effective we could find in the area we wanted. The location is excellent being a stones through from Bugis junction MRT station and all the shops and restaurants found there. It’s also on so very useful bus routes too so very well connected. The air con was brilliant. Very effective and not noisy.

We found the room a little small with few spaces to put our luggage and clothes etc. that said we were basically a family of four in a double room with the sofa bed unfolded into a double bed. For the price we paid this hotel did the job.

    7WindyPosted on: 8-17-2024

Good location and easy to go anywhere, close to MRT as well

Small room for 4 people and has a weird smell.

    6PatrickPosted on: 8-17-2024

Location, lots of good food and shopping options nearby.

Very small, very hard beds, the lift tries to squish you every time you walk through it.

Great location, near to MRT station and walkable to some sites. Bugis area is very central and easy to get to anywhere.

The beds and pillows weren't comfy and it was a bit noisy at times. Housekeeping is only upon request.

Not friendly, difficulties with payments, employees cannot help resolve payment problems. And too expensive

The staff were not friendly when they first arrived. And he couldn't help visitors who were in trouble.

    10Cheng T.Posted on: 6-7-2024

The location is at central, very convenient to travel to workplace, i like the separate toilet and bathroom design honestly.

It would be better if breakfast is provided, other than that, all are good enough.
