Breakfast and food was good. Lounge was clean.

Found toiletroom’s floor was dirty when I went there first. But it was clean when I went there other times

Chairs in terminal were more comfortable. Lighting above the chairs burned my retinas through my eyelids. Who needs 500 watt light bulbs at 3:am? Food was marginal at best. Do not waste your money

The nap bed was great, shower and bathroom facilities were excellent, and all very clean and clearly well serviced. Reception staff were efficient and friendly.

the lounge itself was very crowded

Very close to our boarding gate. Very clean, comfortable and neat. Able to take a refreshing shower. Food ok. Staff accommodating. Area near a butterfly garden.

No reclining chairs. Area not so big.

The checking in process went well. The facilities were great. I just wished we had more time in the lounge prior to boarding for the flight.

Not a huge amount of food on offer for dietary requirements which is what I needed. Didn't like the fact that you have made a booking but it is still not guaranteed to get a seat when you arrive

The staff member on the desk was incredibly helpful. Nap room was really good, showers excellent.

Arriving in Singapore at 2 a.m. with a six-hour layover, this was the perfect place to rest. I’ve had overnight layovers at Changi before and slept on the floor, which was awful. Having a clean, comfortable, and safe place to sleep this time was a godsend. In my opinion, getting a good night’s rest was well worth the money.The rooms have partitions, so you can hear others—it’s similar to a hostel—but they provide earplugs, and I recommend bringing an eye mask. The breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, and the staff was incredibly kind!

Perfect for if you have a long layover and need to freshen up. Have nice showers and facilities and also breakfast! Keep in mind if you’re planning on napping there are no beds just armchairs and some seats by tables as well. Provided me the rest I needed!

Efficient staff. Convenient location..

The lounge was too brightly lit overnight so it was difficult to get to sleep. Despite it being advertised as a room, it was just a non-reclining chair in a communal space, a very uncomfortable chair that should have been replaced years ago. The food was OK, nothing special, Some of the claimed facilities were not available. All in all bery expensive for what it was.

The seating area was nice and relaxing, shower facilities great and clean.

Needs air conditioning in seating area as was very warm in there. More food choices as was limited for the price.

The nap room was a total rip off. There was no lock on the door, no security for my belongings and it was a glorified linen closet. You could hear other people snoring next to you. Im not taking a nap room again

The door doesn’t lock! Anyone could walk into my room while I slept or slipped to the bathroom, which was a little way away. The rooms are located behind the kitchen, so noisy, even through the supplies earplugs. Food in the lounge was very average, not even eggs available for breakfast

room offered was very noisy mainly from boarding announcement's from plane movements all night. it was clean and did the job. cheers

Once we got in it was OK . The check in process took ages

Booking dot com thinks it's a hotel and booked for 1 instead of 2. Good thing I noticed so I had to make a separate booking for my husband. Annoying and stressful
