The location

It wasnt really clean

Pod itself was cute and comfortable and private with a closing door and mirror inside to get ready which I liked.

The bathrooms were very dirty and the showers were cold and uncomfortable. Staff was also scarce and unavailable

Private capsules, fine for sleeping and taking a shower and sightseeing. Location was pretty good but I believe the Spacepod Lavender location is closer to the MRT. We had to walk about 10 minutes - not bad, but also not perfect. On second day we figured out we could rent bikes and that made it great - both for commuting to the MRT as well as just sightseeing. Plus for closeness to the Bendemeer Hawker Centre which was our favorite! Also, great bonus: free laundry in the evenings! We got to wash and dry our clothes for free - detergent included!

The entrance to the pod was plastic and cracked - you could hurt yourself. Lockers were a bit small. Showers and toilets could be cleaner - multiple times there was no toilet paper and no soap. But overall facilities did their job - just know that they are quite basic.The coffee was instant coffee, so we only used the water dispenser. No hostel atmosphere - no other travelers to talk to etc. Mostly everyone kept to themselves. Probably also because there was no common area to hang out.

Pods are nice, well equipped.

No door, can’t lock, just a courtain

The location was easy to get around and good food around. Couldn't say much about staff, cuz my key was just left at the desk and I'm not sure I encountered anyone that worked there. I thought one guy might have worked there, who was playing on his computer in the night, but then another guest got locked out of his dorm a nd the computer guy helped him by just knocking on the dorm room for minutes straight at 3am until someone finally woke up and opened it... if they guy worked there, you'd think he'd have an extra dorm key card? The pictures looked cool of the "space capsules", but kinda like ordering something on Temu.... once you see it in person, you're like, hmmmmm........ The pillow was soft..... the bathrooms weren't the worst I've been in, but not great.

It was like sleeping in a McDonalds play area tube. The stuffy one that moves and makes lots of noise when you crawl through it. They felt so hollow and cheap. My boyfriend and I tried so hard to be as quiet as we could when we came in from a late flight at 1am, but everything was so loud. The lockers, the stairs up to our pod, the sliding door of the pod, getting in the pod, moving at all in the night, it was impossible to do silently. Then there was the lack of ventilation... there are 2 fans in the walls of the pod designed for through-air, but my PC at home has more powerful fans in it. They did basically nothing, so we slept with the pod door open so we didn't die. But then the dorm was a big room with 8 people in it, so the small aircon unit at full blast still made it not cool enough for a comfortable night. We couldn't use the blanket, or be too close to each other's body heat, and had to strip down to the minimum... still too warm. In the morning, we waited for our taxi. I saw there were cold coffee drinks in the lobby fridge for sale. I tried to find a money box at the desk, given that everything seemed to be self-serve there, but didn't see where I could leave the money to pay. After looking around a while I realized it was pointless because the fridge was in fact locked, and the only person around was another woman on her device at a nearby table. Once in the taxi, I told my boyfriend it's a shame there wasn't any staff around, but he said that earlier the woman asked how our stay was and pointed him toward the hot water machine if we needed to make any drinks or noodles, so he assumed she worked there. So in that case, why hadn't she tried to help when I was clearly trying to buy some drinks? I donno, the whole thing was very weird.

my locker was too small even for my backpack. the room has no window for ventilation.

Complete and they provide free use of slippers. Clean area, comfortable bed, and free cereal and coffee

Maybe the shower should have dry area where you can change your clothes

Well located, near 3 train stations.Everything is clean, free laundry facilities after hours is nice.Lockers in the room and the pods are pretty comfortable.Close to little India, so you can get some great Indian food too

Only thing was the airflow in the pods, with curtain down is pretty low. There are fans, but turning them up is really loud.

There I had probably the best sleep in a while. The pods are cozy and I felt like in my personal den.There is nice common space, some games and a kitchen where you can cook something simple and they provide some instant drinks for free.

Only downside was that it can get a bit hot in the pod and the lockers are kinda small.

The property is located near (5-10 min walk) to 2 metro stations and a bus stop right outside Free tea and coffee, fridge/freezer, small lockers, free laundry Staff were okayMeets basic needs and is ideal option for cheap accommodation in Singapore - we managed and it was an experience but would not come back

Something to be really aware of is there are men in the common area all through the night, as a women going to the toilet at 3/4am I did not feel safe with multiple men sat on their phones etc. luckily I am not solo travelling so my boyfriend came with me if I needed the toilet in the night. There is no lock on the main entrance so it seemed locals knew they could walk in and help themselves to facilities in air con room. It seemed to us as though people lived there too which we didn’t expect from a backpacking hostel. Only security was keypad door to dorm, lock on pod was broken too.The pods can get very warm at night and you can hear absolutely everything anyone does. They are not as sturdy as they appear, just thin plastic but the beds are relatively comfy.No hand towels in bathroom area Throughout day cleanliness of toilets slipped - obviously depending on guests.Fridge really full.

Washrooms and kitchen were alway clean. Friendly staff!

I think toilets could use a fan. It gets too humid.

Sparkling clean toilet and comfy bed.coolzy aircon to keep comfy temperature.

Comfortable quiet stay in a dorm room with several "pods". Hostel had all the facilities you'd expect (kitchen, water, WiFi, laundry, lockers, enough bathrooms & showers, etc.) Everything working fine. Close to restaurants, shops, MRT and malls. Pods are cool, have curtain, charging sockets, miniature table, lights, etc. I would stay here again.

Common area looks tired and old, but it's fine.

I came from canada, I appreciated the staffs of the hostel warmth and helpful to treat guests.

I was in the hostel only few hours because of transfer to the another destination. So, I can not evaluate it completely.When I asked for sooner check in, the personal was willing to do it and I had the bed sooner. The staff was really helpful.

I never felt unsafe as such but was very surprised they didn't separate men and women dorms when I found the pods were not lockable

Felt like single man accommodation

I was paln to stay one week to explore places. This stays are very comfortable and affordable compare to others. Also easy transportation nearby MRT, Bus stop and nearby restaurants. Neat and clean environment. Friendly staffs. Over all feeing good and comfort. A good experience with diversity of people there

Great location and great value

Nothing really it was perfect for what I needed in a three day stay in Singapore

Appreciated the kindness of the staff and the possibilty to leave our luggae both before the checkin and after the checkout.

It feels a bit unsafe to see people not being accomodated there during the night sleeping on the tables / couches.The toilets shouldn’t be shared!!! They barely are enough for the number of rooms in there.You get what you pay for given the price ranges in SG.The intentions of the accommodation are really good, but putting them in practice is a bit hard.
