Ambassador Transit Hotel - Terminal 2

Ambassador Transit Hotel – Terminal 2 (AIRSIDE), Singapore is located in Changi Airport - Terminal 2, Level 3, Departure/Transit Lounge South. Airside - turn right after passing through the departure Immigration. Take the first escalator leading to the sunflower garden and pay per use lounge (near Transfer F). The hotel offers hourly accommodations (minimum 6-hour block charge applies). IMPORTANT NOTICE: As the property is located AIRSIDE, in the Restricted/Transit area, Transit travelers must NOT clear immigration/customs (on transit means those who are traveling to another country via Singapore, without clearing Singapore arrival immigration). If you clear immigration/customs, airport immigration will not allow you to reenter the transit area until your airline counter opens before departure. Arriving passengers planning to stay in the city are not allowed to stay in Ambassador Transit Hotel – Terminal 2. Departing passengers from city to note that most airline counters open only 3 hrs before departure. As such, you are not allowed access into the Transit area earlier, unless early check-in is available with your airline. If in doubt on arrival, please approach our 24-hour front desk for advice about luggage collection, onward boarding pass or about reentering the transit area.
