Location. Free wash if not busy

I stayed several days. My cube was not cleaned a single time. If you need a towel, you have to ask the front desk. They ran out of bath towels. Noisy people coming and going. Place only cleaned maybe once a day. Dirty bathrooms

I liked the location. I liked the staff when I arrived at night.

Beds were cramp and the other residents were loud

One of the cleaners was very rude

This capsule hotel is my favorite hotel to book whenever I go to Singapore! Their capsule are really comfortable and spacious enough to move around. People are very accommodating and nice, and are considerate of other guests. And the area is strategic and easy to locate

Super well located, clean, good vibes, easy to find and to check in/out! Highly recommended.

The only aspect that could be improved is the bathrooms: some doors don’t work properly, and even in the showers there are a few that don’t close, so water spills everywhere and everything often ends up wet.

Location, cleanliness, breakfast, toilets were enough

Location was great. Very central and a short walk to the subway.

A couple of shower heads were broken off the walls , one needs replacing because it sprays everywhere and one door is broken.

Clean and good location

The rô for 2 is small, cannot sit straight on the bed, hard to get in and out of the capsule, restroom is quite far from the room and need to go pass the reception

The aircon in your bed is not working i ask the receptionist he told me only hall way is working so instead we close the curtain for our privacy we just open so atleast the ac is cominh to our bed so if will down your curtain its so hot in your capsule room??? and the cr is not really clean ??

Simple and comfy with an e-bike stop point close by.

Upper bunk has a tricky metal steps but still manageable.

I think it was bit understaffed.

Loved evening about it.

I stayed at a bed right next to the door, and I got hit multiple times by it because people opened it mindlessly.

Middle of chinatown, lots of places where to eat, currency exchange, very safe, close to MRT chinatown stationa and walking distance from “river quay”Very nice staff.Large locker on the floor jnder the bed

Stayed in dorm and temperature inside the room was freezing cold from ac (but not in the actual cube)Almost all bathroom had the shower handle support broken

Location was great. Bed was super comfy and decent size with pockets in the wall to hold your stuff. However the bathrooms need some serious attention. No ventilation for steam so parts of the walls are breaking from moisture.

Love the pods for privacy. Breakfast is good and you can make your own eggs. Downside is that there’s no kitchen facilities for guests to cook.

Stayed in capsule room with a mix of double and single beds. This made the room over a 12 bed and it’s very narrow so was difficult sometimes with so many people and their belongings. The beds were super comfy! So close to Chinatown metro and walking distance to some decent spots as well. Free brekky was delish and had coffee AND tea which is often missed by hostels. showers were hot and spacious.

As I mentioned rooms could get crowded. Also breakfast area is tiny had to queue to cook your own eggs. Very dimly lit so hard to see your food especially with the tables themselves being lit up. A lot of bathrooms out of order. Also cold water dispenser stopped working when we were there and was only pouring out very warm water which is gross to drink. Told a staff member but they didn’t seem to fussed about getting it fixed as it was like that for half our stay. Ladders up to the beds were NOT ladders and actually felt a bit unsafe to use. Provided step ladders to help but didn’t enjoy those.

Really good location in Chinatown and pretty clean facilities

It's not a Capsule hotel - it's a Hostel with double beds. The property claims to be "soundproof" on the website though the barrier between you and the corridor is a curtain... not soundproof at all! We woke up a number of times in the morning to people getting up early for flights etc., and for alarms, and also in the evening - when people were going to bed and having showers and stuff. So it's essentially a Hostel but at crazy hotel like prices...

Great location, good value for money, breakfast is very small.

Bathrooms were very hot and so was the bed, could do with a fan in each capsule
