They should have facility for meal , Air Conditioning not working properly , Room cleaning should done on regular basis …it’s worth. Staying there

Facility leaking toilet and flickering lights which was never fixed and was force to check out to another hotel and no refund

The room is clean, and location is convenience. lots of restaurants nearby, 5mins walk to MRT and bus station is just opposition the hotel

I liked everything especially the hotel was closer to buses and Metros... it was central to all locations. The only downfall is there was no breakfast provided. In addition all staffs were very friendly and they were aware of the surroundings. Hence any questions in regards of tours they could answered faster and precisely.

To be honest nothing that I didn't like. Could be better if they could have a restaurant for simple breakfast

The room was quite huge for Singaporean standards, the bed comfortable, the location was quite nice and the staff was very friendly.

The bathroom was big, however, there was almost no room to put my things without them getting wet all over when showering. Also, it was obvious that the bathroom door had been soaked way too often.

I asked for iron box, the PIC immediately sent it to my room

the toilet seat lid had no screw and it will not stay. The room was not cleaned properly; it was dusty. The towel looked old.

Overall everything was not bad less the aircon was really the downside of everything

The air-con was too old to cool the room. My gf n I were sweating during our sleep. Without even the need to use the quilt cover. The temp was already at 16°c, fan mode max but yet the cooling factor is really poor. Hope the hotel would do something to the run down air-con. The toilet flushing button keep getting stuck and really Hope to see rain shower installed. Maybe the shower gel n shampoo can be changed to liquid type and hair conditioner is missing.

This hotel is for quarantine purpose and no parking available. It's also dirty, no fridge and staff was unfriendly.

It's a quarantine hotel and never tell the truth. Parking is also not available likewise stated.

Hotel room was refurbished since the last time I stayed. Very clean and comfy.

I am a regular customer.this time inside the room got one cabinet block the way..only have rubbish bin inside shower room..so need rubbish bin at inside room also..tq.

The back rooms did not get much traffic noises.

I made several bookings here. The first few days were good. The room was clean and comfortable, good price,and friendly staff. Then I started getting loud bangs from the room above, and loud noises from an adjacent room, between 11pm to 6am. There was also microwave energy or EMF, perhaps from the aircon compressors bolted to the wall outside my window. I changed rooms, but the problem persisted. The hotel was undergoing renovation during the day; but no renovation during the night. I had prepaid my stays, but I threw away the last 3 nights and stayed in a different hotel.

Checking in precautions were practised. Old elevator is working. Bed comfy. Toilet accessories available. Water pressure good. TV works ok. Windows can be opened.

Private parking have narrow access. Need to ring the bell to access from the parking which sometimes took time to open. The bathroom door is old and painted with a layer of white paint which bring down the rating of the room. Would have been perfect if the door is new or refurbished properly. There are alot of rubbish and dust under the bed.

Clean and Quiet Room. The room was at the back, so i did not get any street noises. Comfortable bed. The windows could open, so i could switch off the aircon and open the windows when i slept at night. No bad smells. Helpful staff.

The room was malfunctioned aircon. We have highlighted this to the staff however she was not able to resolve nor compensate it. I have paid for a deluxe room but then the facilities provided was incomplete-no refrigerator.

The staff is cheerful and pleasant. Checking process is fast n quick as we checkin late night. Room are very spacious clean. Wifi and tv and working well.I felt comfortable sleeping on bed even with one pillow, and is so quiet during night hours. Even near to roadside.

I felt the wash basin bottle trap leaking and seep under the joint. No soap provide only the press type on the wall. Toilet bowl no bidet spray.No fridge in room as in website stated fridge . No place to hang clothing only there if hanger and hook in the toilet area.Connecting door no proper latch to locked, someone can open to next door by using other tools.

The bad is too old sleeping on the spring matters, pillows to soft no cotton rooms smells cigarette smell ..
