Treetops Executive Residences

Location, value for money, room quality

A bar by the pool would be nice

Breakfast, helpfulness of staff and location

The location is near the bus stop! The appartment is full equiped and spacious

The breakfast ??

Fee breakfast. Lovely pool and decor.

Children at pool was noisy.

Location was good. The pool was nice

Breakfast was basic and not worth it. The hotel, in general, is not really clean. Check out Time; its flexibility is very poor.

The hotel has the perfect location—close to everything yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Overall, a wonderful experience that made my trip even more enjoyable.

We stayed on the third floor, and unfortunately, there was constant noise coming from inside the wall that sounded like running or leaking water. It was noticeable even at night, which made it a bit difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep.

Overall, we love the place!

We stayed for 8 nights. The dining table that was used by prior guests was not properly cleaned. I informed the housekeeper, but it was still dirty.

The swimming pool

The choices at breakfast were rather limited. No meat, bacon and fish options. No youghurt and cereals. The selection of tropical fruits was very limited.Long way to walk from reception to the room.No room service. The hotel was quite far from the nearest MRN (subway) station.

Nice location, excellent rooms.

limited breakfast, very expensive ..

Great spot. Nice pool and modern interior. Easy location. Simple buffet breakfast with some fresh and hot foods. Perfect for our family of 4 for a week.

Nothing!

Friendly staff great pool and great options at breakfast

We were not aware about the requirement of security deposits. We would have come prepared..

The location is very good just 5 minutes walk from all the shopping mall in orchard malls They cared about the details such as dish washing sponge and soap, they put out basket with snacks and milk and juice. And loved the water filter.Plus it was very clean

It needs more dinning options, and in room service

Perfect for our family of six. It was in a great location, clean and had all the facilities we needed. We were very comfortable.

Great location, clean, helpful staff, good breakfast and great rooms. Really good pool. Beds were super comfy.

The only thing that could improve it is a bar.

Room was good and spacious

The breakfast was pretty ordinary, not a lot of choice, we had been to China for two weeks and there breakfasts were superb.

Nice staff and quiet comfortable room with a view to the garden. Kitchen was well equipped and spaceful room had two tvs. We could keep the room until 2PM which was nice aa we had night flight back home.

I bit far a away from nearest MRT station. Breakfast was nothing special. Got stomach ache from warm yogurt. Kids liked fresh fruit.

Apartment spacious, however a little bit outdated.Pool is amazing, however jacuzzi didn’t work.Sports room nice.Breakfast - average.Location - great.

Perfect location, friendly staff and facilities are good

Breakfast is not what you may expect. Its including the price so no reason to complain, but not really nice

- The pool (Great size)- The lobby was attractive and inviting-.Gardens were lush and green. - Having a washing machine in the room- Location (a minute from Orchard Rd)- Breakfast staff were friendly- Shuttle bus

- The shower floor was raised and was a plastic - Spa was not heated- Bed and pillows were not so comfortable - TV's in both rooms were difficult to operate- Broken bath plug (maintenance did promptly fix)

We had a lovely stay at Treetops with our two children. We loved the pool, the apartment was clean and spacious and in an amazing location.

The breakfast was very basic. The tv didn’t work. No major complaints however. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
