Changi Transit Hotel Terminal 1

The hotel is located within security. If you have to retrieve luggage, you end up outside security with no way back in to the hotel if your continuing airline is not available to issue a boarding pass.

Super quiet rooms that are inviting and have modern bathrooms

Hard to find - absolutely no signage at the main airport level.

Easy to find, convenient, and pool was nice.

Breakfast was not good, Very bland and minimal. You still need to leave terminal to visit the Jewel outside passport control but can easily walk there without going outside.

Construction noise was brutal - got zero sleep. Was not notified in advance. Would not have stayed there if this info was shared by the hotel.

A great option if you have a long wait time for your next flight. Easy to find in Terminal 1. The room is clean and comfortable. The free meal as part of the room price is also a nice bonus.

Need to make sure that at check-in the staff allocate the full room time to your stay. They have a habit of short changing your time by up to half an hour if you don't query your checkout time.

I wish the hotel prices at SIG were cheaper. I guess that is the going rate for SIN and the city.

Quiet. Good fora peace full sleep after a 19 hour nonstop flight

Greeting upon arrival. Strictly business, no greeting. Third world travelers sleeping on the floor, scattered throughout the lobby.

It was great to have a place to stay in the airport, and be able to take a shower! The meal was an added bonus.

The room was a peaceful haven midway during a long journey. It was great having another nice space to have a meal. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Location from the gate was excellent. We checked in all our luggage before checking into the hotel, so we weren't having to haul it around. Breakfast was small but sufficient, staff are attentive. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a transit hotel in or near the hotel.

The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I was not charged extra for odd hours. The location in the terminal is superb. The prime feature for me was the adjacent bar and swimming pool at no extra cost.

Really clean, mostly quiet, perfect for a single person. Bathrooms shared but exceptionally clean. Complimentary breakfast was adequate.

Great location, right at the terminal where I had my layover, so it was easy and super convenient to stay there. The room was big, very nice, clean, and the bed was comfy.

I expected more from an airport layover hotel at this price point. The in-room amenities were almost nonexistent, which was surprising given that it’s meant to be a convenient place to stay during a layover. The room only had a toothbrush, a shower cap, and soap, nothing else. Not even shampoo or conditioner. I would have appreciated more basic amenities, especially since my checked luggage was inaccessible, even if I could have bought them. I assumed that a layover hotel would at least provide the essentials.
