Pros +
- Great location. Right on the river and near everything you need. Everything was walkable. Room was good. The bed size was spacious for a capsule. The bathrooms are ok. But overall they did get cleaned and I enjoyed my stay for a couple nights. WiFi was ok
- It was my first experience of capsule hotel. Bed was comfy, i had locked storage space as well. 15 minutes walk from Merlion statue and main district. Lots of cafes/restaurants near by.
- Good location and comfortable beds.
Cons -
- Yes you have to take off your shoes. There are quite a lot of rules to follow but for the two nights it was fine. There looked to be shower shoes available but none of them looked clean. The bathrooms take a while to dry when wet.
- everything was okay
- Shower space small so water goes all over the toilet seat and your clothes if you do not hang up on the shelf. But otherwise, lovely hostel with good security.

Good location and comfortable beds.

Bed were clean and location great.
Bathrooms was dirty, no maintenance also a lot of mold. My wife have back problems and a lot of stairs to take, not too much privacy, males walking with interior clothes all over the place. Rental towels were stinky.
It is in a relatively good location
The overall place is very basic and the top bunk was very annoying to get to. There were also little ants in around the capsule. Bathrooms were barely OK.
Great location and good communication with the staff, since we arrived late at night.
We found little bugs on our bed on our last day
Location is a good stay is excellent. Everything is at walkable distance Cleaning housekeeping is great Easily access to everything
Receptionist is rude no humbleness Not even accepting the request for early checking Each capsule bed must have a small fan to make it comfortable and cool to sleep bcz when we close the door there is no air passing through it that make is hot while sleeping.
Great location as walking distance to Marina Bay and Chinatown. Good value for money and clean.
Comfy bed, duvet and pillows. Love the aircon! It was nice and quiet, people are very respectful after 11pm.
Location is near my venue for the conference.
The stiff staircases and stiff ladder in the double deck beds.
Loved the location! It’s close to Raffles Station and surrounded by food stalls. You’re within walking distance of the Merlion and the Marina Bay Sands view deck, which is perfect for sightseeing. There’s also a bike station nearby if you’re into exploring Singapore on two wheels (via Anywheel).Bonus tip: if you’re looking for affordable eats, just behind Boat Quay—across the road—you’ll find a small 24-hour food spot. Super convenient!
The stairs leading up to the unit were definitely a challenge—especially if you’re bringing two heavy check-in bags. It’s a bit of a climb, so just be ready for a mini workout. If you’re not traveling light, good luck and godspeed ?Inside the unit, the bed is a bunk-style setup located on the upper level. Now, I love a cozy loft bed moment, but the ladder going up to it could use some improvements. It’s quite narrow and doesn’t have any handles or support to hold onto while climbing. For some people, especially those who aren’t super confident on ladders, this could be a bit uncomfortable or even a safety concern—especially when climbing up or down in the middle of the night. Not a huge deal overall, but definitely something to keep in mind if you’re booking with kids, older folks, or just tired travelers with bad knees and no upper body strength.
Nothing, only the location
The bathroom area doesn’t have a door so you hear everything, also noises when people were going to bathroom at night. Bed sheet with stains, and the ladder to climb the upper bad was really dangerous. The girl at the reception doesn’t even look at you when you speak cause she’s too busy with her phone, and they can’t even keep your luggages after 7pm. Also bathroom very dirty
Good location
Ants everywhere in the hostel and no free breakfast like previously
I liked this hotel very much, even though I only stayed for one night. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful — they made check-in smooth and provided helpful information. The location is excellent, just about 7 minutes’ walk to the nearest MRT station, and close to Clarke Quay, Marina Bay, and many bars and restaurants along the river. Despite being near a lively area, it was quiet enough to rest well. The capsule concept is also clean, comfortable, and well-organized.
Nothing major. It’s a capsule hotel, so space is limited, but it’s expected and well-managed. Overall, I was satisfied with everything.
I stayed in the female dormitory on the upper bunk — the height was great! I could sit up comfortably and even do my makeup since each bed has its own personal light and power sockets. The bathroom setup was convenient too — there were 6 cubicles with toilets and sinks, and 2 with shower heads, so you don’t even need to go up to the 3rd floor to use the facilities. Each guest gets their own locker under the bunk bed, and it’s deep enough to fit your bags. There’s also plenty of shared floor space in the room for large suitcases or luggage. The location was amazing — walking distance from the Fullerton Hotel, the iconic bridges, and Merlion Park. On the other side of the marina, you’ll find Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay. Just outside the hostel, there are tons of restaurant options, and honestly, Happy Hour feels like it’s happening all the time ?I had to check in late at night (around 9-10 PM), and I had already informed the hostel. A few hours before my arrival, they emailed me detailed self-check-in instructions. Plus, there was a printed copy with my name on it posted right outside the hostel floor — so even if you missed the message, you’d still be fine.
What I didn’t expect was that there’s no elevator, and the hostel is located on the 2nd floor (thankfully, the female dorm was on the same floor). I was a bit unlucky because I had big and heavy bags with me since I booked this stay toward the end of my 2-week trip. Also, just a heads up — you’ll need to rent a towel (S$2 per towel), which I wish I had known beforehand.
Really good location for staying in Singapore. Beds were very comfy and price good for area
The hostel was very noisy (other guests and the street outside).
It’s within a walking distance of everything but under Singapore’s heat, that may not be considered a perk ? Public transportation, both buses and MRTs, are easily accessible tho.
Overall, it’s a decent stay but that’s all about it. Nothing exceeds expectations
Great location! easy to get to the main attractions if you are only staying a short amount of time. Lockable storage under the bed. Found it to be a very convenient and quiet stay.
The overhead light in the dorm does not turn off. You have to take your shoes off on the stairs before entering, which can be awkward and tricky when there’s other people trying to go up and down the stairs. No common areas besides the kitchen/reception area so it’s not a social hostel.
The location is amazing. There is air conditioning. There is a common kitchen with coffee, tea and both cold and hot water.
The check in is quite late, it would be great if it was before. The bathrooms are not in the best conditions. There is limited space.
The hostel rooms were clean, well designed and aesthetically pleasing.
After 7pm the front door locks and you need a passcode to enter. This was a surprise to me as all the information I had received only said the reception was not manned after 10:30. A notice pinned on the door told me to use the passcode I had received via email. I had not received an email with this passcode, and the 30 minutes I stood waiting outside gave me ample time to check every email I’ve ever received. I tried to call and WhatsApp the emergency contact pinned to the front door- I am still waiting for anyone to respond. Using the number provided by booking.com was also pointless. I ended up having to follow someone else inside that had a keycard. I would not recommend this hostel if your flight lands late as obviously there is no provision for any management help after 7pm.
