Everything just fine except the tv this hotel provide. Very useless

The tv they provide in the room very useless. Not even able to connect with internet. Please change to smart tv or google tv leverage with your price rate.

I think the location was pretty good. Things were more accessible by bus than train, but that was fine by me. The hotel was surrounded by good small hawker centers and trendy cafes. The hotel itself is clean and the staff was helpful.

The room design is very weird. The bed is next to the shower & toilet, which were made of all glass with no cover. The shower and toilet also shared one sliding door so two people can't use them at the same time. There are windows but you can't open it so it can get really stuffy even with AC on. There's also no where to open two suitcases at the same time so even if it's a double/queen bed, the space is really tiny for two. It's only good for one.

Staffs are super friendly and helpful!!!Location is quite convenient to 2 MRT stations within walking distance. There are convenience stores, fast food, cafe, and supermarket around. Provide free drinking water in small bottles, super well to carry around, and there’s mini fridge in the room.

The room I stayed was a bit humid and the air conditioner was either too cold or too hot. Bed sheet has hole (I ask to clean up the other day then it’s fine), but the pillow made my eyes swollen in the first 2 nights I stayed.

Really nice boutique hotel located very close to restaurants, metro lines and lovely coffee shops. Rooms are small but well equipped. Would add some hooks for wet towels but otherwise great stay !

Toilet full off glasses no wall and no door please change this concept omg really no comfortable . In my whole life I no recommend this to my friends

Comfortable, aircond ❄️ temperature was just nice. The bed was comfy, the room was clean. Provided the disposable daily use. Water pressure is also good enough.

1) Room.was small. For Singapore, I think it was usual.2) the bed sheet cover and the blanket got few holes ?. At first, noticed the bed Sheet cover got a few holes (around 2 to 3 cm) at 2 different part. Informed the management to change and they did act and changed on it during the time I went out for dinner. And I noticed the blanket sheet cover also got a big hole (about 3 to 4cm) during the time I was going to check out the room stay. (I was not informed of the management since I am checking out soon).3) The toilet ? bowl the shower ? it separate with a glass, personally felt it not so convenient.

Room size was fine for a couple. Location good. Right opposite some shops, coffee bar and a hawkers. Friendly staff and they have a cat! Free minibar which is rare these days!

The staff exhibits exceptional courtesy and genuine kindness, which truly deserves commendation. The hotel itself is immaculately clean, and the room assigned to us was impeccably maintained. Our request for a smoking room was meticulously honored, which we greatly appreciated.However, it must be noted that the room is extremely small. It is objectively difficult—if not impossible—for two people to stay there comfortably, as there is simply no space to accommodate even a single 20 kg suitcase. This limitation significantly affects the practicality of the accommodation.That being said, the overall experience remains highly positive: the environment is serene, exceptionally quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent. Lastly, the bathroom—particularly the shower—deserves special mention for its thoughtful design and overall comfort.

The location was good. The bed was comfy but small for a couple. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was extremely tiny. We didn't have enough space for two large suitcases, but still the price was fine , so , I am not complaining

We like the location, close to many MRT, and a food court right in front of the hotel. Many hawkers stalls and places to eat. The bed is comfy enough for 3 people. AC was great. We loved the complementary snacks. Bidet is great.

It was quite cramped, we had difficulties in moving around. We had small bags so we can put it down. But imagine having larger suitcases. Bathroom was see thru and closed by a curtain so not really private enough. There was bubble gum on one side of the wallpaper.

Stayed there for 5 nights as i have meetings nearby everyday. Located away from Marina Bay, at a vibrant local area with great food stalls and shops. In fact the hotel staff were nice and helpful, facilities described were all there. Its nice that shower and toilet is separated. Despite such tiny space, there were a mini desk and chair provided, and I've booked a room with a balcony so at least i could open the door and get a view outside. Coin laundry service close by.

I am prepared that the room is going to be small, but it was even smaller than my expectation. I booked a twin room just for myself to have more space, however there were no space to open the luggage and i basically have to use the other bed to put my personal belongings. Not sure if its a common practice in Singapore, but the shower's hot water is not hot, it was hot for a short time then the temperature maintains at a pretty chill level. Everything is good except that its costly for the small space, so if you stay there travel light.

The man working as night staff was great and helped us book at taxi at 5am . The room has everything you will need for a couple night stay . Enjoy !

I liked the location. It is a busy neighorhood with many restaurants, hawker centers and cafes, but it has a bit more of a local vibe compared to our first stay in Chinatown. The subway station (EW-Line, Station: "Lavender") is just a couple hundret meters down the street.- The room was clean and modern but terribly small. There wasnt much noise despite the street being very active at night.

The room is too small for two people. I actually measured it and it was just over 9 sqm including the toilet/shower etc. Calling it "Premium" is more than a stretch. This was a constant compromise as there is no space for placing anything. To make things worse, there is also very little shelf space. Luckily we only stayed for a night. - Despite being on a higher floor the window was barred from the outside with their "artwork". I personally don't like it as I see it as a risk if there was a fire in the hallway.

I like the area of the hotel; it's full of restaurants and within walking distance to two MRT stations and other bus stops. The staff were extremely helpful as well and the rooms and hotel lobby is as per picture.

The room is quite tight/small. If you're a solo traveler, the room may fit you well. If you have more than two people in the room, it will be very tight.

Staff were great.. location is only 10 min walk to 2 different main line MRT stations.. Loved the decor and ambiance of the hotel. Food Hall/Bar opposite which is very convenient

Air con was a little noisy.. for me it was fine but room is small.. ok for solo travel but imagine a struggle for a couple

The decor was cool and contemporary in the reception, staff were really helpful and friendly when explaining to us how to connect to the wifi. The room was small, but inventive ways of using space. Check out was very simple.

Didn't anticipate how small the room would be, and whilst there was a balcony, it wasn't the most inviting of areas...

Great location, great tiny room! Perfect for a solo traveler and one of the best I’ve tried in Singapore. I’d come again!

Room ventilation could be better. It got smelly in the morning, the window can’t be opened and there doesn’t seem to be ventilation.

The size of the room was a bit small
