It’s clean

There is a similar property got lost to the sister property and had to walk over 2 kms at night to get to the correct one. I didn’t get to see any staff members but self checkin was seemless.

Hostel is very close ( 7 min walking distance ) to MRT. Walkable distance to Temples, Mustafa center and Indian restaurants. Feels like one is in INDIA :) ...

Cleanliness of the Hostel room / Bathroom.

Bed were comfortable and very nice. Rooms were clean.

Toilet and bathrooms were dirty but also there were many uses (so it’s understandable).

The staff were very helpful and did little things that meant our stay was very stress free.They had a no shoes policy in the rooms which made sure it was always clean.

The showers were always flooded which made the bathroom very wet all the time.

Staffs behaviour

The fixed timing of entrance. I don’t like this one. Because of flight delay, i reached your place at 12am and nobody was opening the door (as your reception is open till 11pm).And i doesn’t have SG sim in my phone to call someone. Then a stranger came and help me to call the manager to get the password for open the main gate.So I would suggest, when you get the booking, ypu can share this kind of necessary info to the travellers i.e. main gate passcode, room passcode etc. it will be great help for travellers as well.

The check in staff were very pleasant and explained everything clearly

Impossible to change any electronic device unless you have that particular power cable for Singapore…come on, your a hostel with international travelers! If you’re leaving early to make a transport connection…you probably will not get your towel or key deposit back as staff don’t arrive until after 7am

Nice and clean. Staff helpful. Good security with easy to use locking. Kitchen good but a bit small. But no communal living room. Generous with the A/C but a bit too cold for me. European back packers would have liked it. Reasonable rates.

It’s a good location with lots around, the temperature of the rooms was very good considering how hot and humid it was outside. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The mattress wasn’t very comfy and there were cockroaches under the bed. The bathrooms would get very wet after each shower because there aren’t any shower curtains.

nothing. it is so bad because mix with guys. not very spacious and the staff is so rude

literally everything. the staff, the facilities, the space of the room, type of the room, the bathroom is very smelly, no privacy at all. Please improve the facilities and provide female room only.

Staff were really friendly and helpful

Pretty much everything else. For the amount of money it costed me for a hot / swesty shared dorm with a dirty bathroom is shocking. For that money you atleast at a minimum want a bathroom with no grime and flem on the floor.

The stay was excellent and the receptionist Najib was extremely accommodating. Friendly staff and never hesitate to help me. The bed was comfortable with blinds and toilet was clean

Would prefer lady only room as preference as mixed room available now Rubber shoe for toilet would be high recommended in future The laundry room isn’t available as advertised

The hostel is really good value for money. I don't understand why it has such a low rating. Dorms are clean, staff is nice and centrally located in a nice neighbourhood.

Only two bathrooms per dorm of 16 people. At the end of the day they weren't really clean anymore. But I think that's how it works in a cheap dorm.

Location is good

Booking charge is seen 29.16$ , But charged applicable 36$. Why charged this i am not satisfiy. Its not fair.

Clean and simple.Smooth check-in.Close to restaurants and other shops.

No lift. But the receptionist was nice enough to help me carry my luggage upstairs.I understand that the hostel does not allow slippers inside the rooms to maintain cleanliness. However, they do not provide indoor slippers and expect you to go barefoot. I refused and insisted to buy a new one I can use inside during my stay. There are people who are not comfortable going barefoot in a room shared by 5 to 6 strangers.

The workers were really kind. Nothing bad to say about them.

The toilet it wasn’t clean, and too expensive for what it is.You sharing room with lot of people.The rest it was ok.
