Location, especially adjacent to enclosed mall that connects to the metro station

Location of hotel near restaurants and shoppings and underground train. The Handy phone provided free to use is great for navigation. Your friend can call to the hotel and dial the extension number and reach your phone

a little pricy but that is what a 5 star hotel offer

Room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff were excellent.

The rooms were clean, but a little old. The TV was small.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. we upgraded to club level. The club had the best breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour. the hotel was next to a mall and connected to the metro.

breakfast was fine - They had Indain/Asian counter But I felt the Chapiti/Roti and same with Poori - were hard and not softHad requested for king size bed, I think the room had separate bed.

I had booked a heritage room ( and paid a premium for it) as generally those are the best option in these types of hotels but the room looked out on a rather dreary indoor shopping mall. Fortunately they changed us to a room in the tower which was more modern and comfortable. Also, 5 days later and they have still not released our S$1200 deposit.

Location was superb! Delicious breakfast, large room in heritage wing, elegant lobby lounge, delightful Christmas decorations, accommodating staff.

Would have helped our family of four to have a room with two double beds.

We landed very early in the morning, and for a little extra $$ we were given a room straight away. We could then freshen up and relax before seeing the city. It was a very nice touch. Another up-market hotel could not meet the same request when I was making bookings. The Intercon was flexible, so I booked a room with them. It is a grand, modern and very stylish hotel. The staff were very friendly but professional. The buffet dinner at their restaurant had a great variety of quality ingredient dishes. would definitely stay again.

% star hotel but no bell boy to bring the luggages up nor down. No movies available on TV. Quality of the food at the buffet is not at par.

Old property, age is showing, no lift to access the first floor.

Fantastic location next to Bugis MRT station which allowed us to easily get around. Our room was spacious and quiet. Staff were extremely friendly and very accomodating to our needs. Would definitely stay here again

It was a lovely heritage hotel in a great location , near 2 malls, Bugis St MRT station and many restaurants . I had an upgrade to a suite and it was lovely and spacious, decorated in peranakan style . All staff were friendly and helpful , particularly Lynn on concierge services and Chen Nai , the cleaner , who did a a good job in the room
