Sofitel Singapore City Centre

The bed was amazing. Love the dark luxurious vibe.

They have a tub with jets by the pool but the water was cold.

Lovely place. I really liked the pool and gym. Breakfast also good. I’d stay there again.

Nothing really - pricey, but that’s Singapore for you and this is a nice place.

Minor point, but the cocktails were very tiny given the price.

My only minor complaint is that the cocktails are so tiny! For Singapore $25, the cocktails should be substantial instead of lilliputian.

Great location near Chinatown, fantastic breakfast spread, professional and warm staff who were extremely helpful. Very comfortable room with a bathtub and nice pool area.

Great location, especially for my purposes (business). Lots of restaurants around. I liked the complimentary mini-bar. I also liked the drinking water dispenser in the bathroom.

The breakfast buffet seemed a bit limited, compared to other hotels I have been in. But the food was good.

Conveniently located in relation to the important attractions. The concierge staff were particularly helpful and Harvey was amazing throughout our stay.

It was perfect.

It’s clean and very modern and the location was perfect (next to MRT station and with lots of choices for food)

I loved everything about the Sofitel experience. From walking into the property and it smelling like heaven to the courtesy of the concierge. The room was spotless and amenities were on par with high expectations. Breakfast had a nice variety of different foods and customer service was always at a high standard. This was a great experience overall and I will continue to utilize the Sofitel brand. I recommend this property all the way.

breakfast was not up to the mark and the worst thing was my dinner which was pre-booked including room booking, but no one guided me properly for dinner timings and food menu. upset

Great location, walking distance to main attractions and just a few steps from MRT. Our room was comfortable, equipped with all the things we needed. It was calm and silent, nothing disturbed us during sleep.

Check-in was not really smooth and welcoming. After our long flight, it was quite disappointing. Breakfast was pretty average, I missed broader selection of vegetables, fruits, cheese and meat platter.

Location ok, very close to metro and the bay is in walkable distance. Hotel very clean and room very nice. Need a reading light but that’s only complaint about the room. Didn’t use the lobby bar or breakfast and pool area was ok but no atmosphere or staff to offer drinks or anything.

Room was nice, breakfast was good and staff top notch

Pool was cold as ice and jacuzzi was cold too…. So we couldn’t enjoy that. Felt more like a hotel for business.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great varied breakfast- good having gluten free products. Lovely pool area with a wonderful view. Convenient location, close to 2 metro stations, amazing Chinese Temple and hawkers food arcade.

Bathroom was good - but I would have liked to have a small chair or stool to sit on. There wasn't a power point near the mirror, so had to blow-dry my hair in the hall.
