Not at all it is for poor bangladeshi those speak whole night with their two wives and many children. But front desk lady behave like primary school mistress.

Nothing close anything , all are far. Only one bus stop near but God knows where buses going. If management of this hostel offer stay few days free of cost, i will ignore, this front desk madam bahave rudely with all the guest.i recomend one thing that booking.com may delete this property from your list. Your good will remain enhance

BEP compliment with breafast , breakfast higher than what im expect with array of jam spread, fruits and cereal. hostel have a lift so no need to take a stair. near jalan besar stadium.

the hostel circulation space in the BED is too narrow. can only pass one body at one time . small bed area and very hard to move around. ( like a coffin )

It’s a good Hostel. Relatively clean.

The property is a little bit hard to find. The neighborhood is colorful, but not so clean.

Very close to train stations, organized amenities, free breakfast, helpful staffs and accessible to nearby hawkers

The bathroom was dirty. They don't maintain hygiene, breakfast is not even breakfast. Disgusting coffee, not even a protein, avoid this place at all costs.

the stuff wasn't nice, wanted to shower before my flight and they didn't even let me. Rooms are way too small. And I can't describe in words how awful the location is

My capsule was dirty with some weird staff on the ceiling (like boogers or other secretions), the sheets and pillowcases were not clean, I found hair from someone else on the sheets. The locker door was almost broken, showers were super small and dirty with mold, toilets are super small and not clean properly. I made a reservation in an all female room but still it was a man from the staff going inside and showing where my bed was. There was no space to pass between capsules. The elevator is super dirty, the people in the capsules were super noisy and the beds make a lot of noise when you move so it's difficult to sleep.

Bathrooms were unclean and small, mattress has a plastic wrap which is uncomfortable, make noise whenever I move. Cockroaches ?

Really nice and helpful staff with whom you could chat about Singapore and who offered good advice ?Definitely will come back ?

The cleanliness of the bathrooms wasn't bad.

The bed had plastic underneath the sheets which meant we couldn't comfortably move around without causing too much noise for the people around us. The storage systems for the beds can be improved. Booked a double bed for myself and my partner and only one of our bags could fit in the storage area, the other bag had to be placed in the downstairs luggage room, quite annoying if you're a backpacker couple & your belongings can't remain with you, have to either pack all of your important stuff into one bag including clothes you want access too & toiletries or make a trip downstairs every time you need something. I can't see this being an issue however if you're a solo traveller and only have 1 big bag & 1 small bag. The breakfast was very basic, which included stale cereal. The staff weren't very warm towards us despite us saying hello everytime we entered the hotel from the front entrance. Not a fault of the hostel itself but we found the other guests to be quite inconsiderate when entering the room late at night, had to request them to be quiet multiple times throughout the night (11pm - 2am). Obviously this is a risk you take when booking a hostel so we understand however would just like to warn other guests about this.

There was a lift for every floor so I could relax and not carry my luggage and walk up every floor like in other hostels. Great for many of us with tired legs

The staff at reception did not allow Singaporean to stay for more than one night. This was not told to me earlier so real messy as I had to look for another hostel fast and had to carry my luggage to another hostel the very next morning. As I lived overseas for a few years, I had to come and stay in hostel when back in town. As explained to the reception, I was back here to attend some AI courses for a few months and other hostels did not give me any problems. My business is located overseas for retired professionals like me. The other guests in my capsule were young Indonesian ladies who went shopping to buy items for their friends or customers, so they spent the entire night packing until 12 am and set their alarms for 5 am the next days. So other guests like me slept very little the night before. Barking up the wrong tree.

Breakfast and location is closed to my favourite store Mustafa,l and also sweet, thoughtful and kind staff, thank You so muchfor giving me this opportunity to share. So I still consider this hostel for my next trip also because this place provide 4th floor just for Women so I feel saferal andveasy to access thec4thbfloorxascthis place has both Lyft and a stair

I wish the rooms nighti lighting in the room remained on all the time , so not si dark to get out. The toilet has stronger air freshener and the hot water should be ensured to work especially in the morning for people to leave early for the airport and at night for late coner.Thanks and God bless You all

The staff were really helpful and friendly. I liked the locking system as I didn’t have to worry about carrying a key.

The bedrooms didn’t look like the photos at all and the facilities were subpar. It felt a bit grimy and there were quite a few bugs.

The place is good for a cheap stay. Staff were friendly, the breakfast was alright...as long as I was full haha.

I didn't like that the ladder to the upper bunk had no padding. It was straight up painful to climb up and down. They also really need do something about the bed. It's true, it has a plastic (or more like when a balloon is rubbed) kinda noise which sucks a bit but I managed to sleep thru. The toilets could be better, seeing the mold on the wall, overfilled sanitary trash, and clogged shower drain did not make it easy to shower

Staff was friendly however we booked the double bed capsule room which was so bad. The bed was comfortable but the room has no window so it stunk of damp. The room was dirty, you’re not allowed shoes in the room to keep it clean but there was dirty cotton buds on the floor. The location is good as it’s close to the stations and hawker centers. It is a budget hostel but for the same price you could probably stay else where but if you’re on a budget like us here is okay for 1/2 nights.

Too many beds in the dorm. A lot of people just stay for the night, so many check out early, resulting in people coming in and out all the time. The bathrooms were quite dirty and smelly

I was really going to write a very bad review for this property but it was just the mixed dorm that had people so disrespectful towards eachother, there was a group of french friends and another of indians and even after I told them to quiet down, all the shenaningans continued until 2am, it was really hard to sleep. Days after I switched to girls dorm and no problem. Just goes to show you. Beware you do sleep on an inflatable matress which ive never seen at a hostel but was okay.The breakfast is very basic.
