J8 Hotel

Hotel staff few of them were very rude and mainly hotel room was literally so small which i guess every hotel has the same issue in singapore and there was ventilation issue as was no window in room.Electric kettle which provided was rusted.

Breakfast and location is not far from Masjid India but I wouldnt mind splurging on Lavender Hotel next time. We were mostly out so mostly tolerable for sleep and no frills hotel.

The light switches were confusing, the hairdryer was burnt and non-functional, small room and was not shown/displayed on advert, some of the receptionists were bad, customer service was average. The cafe and breakfast were okay.

Love our breakfast, the staff were very accommodating. Very affordable and it has a decent location.

Breakfast was included in the price. The location was good, close to the metro station. Basic cosmetics were in the toilet.

The room was really small without shelves and dresser. The air condition was noisy. The WiFi connection was unstable. Only one power socket was working correctly.

Housekeeping did not even bother to clean our room even after i left the signal for make up, considering we have a 2 year old with us. They only cleaned once when we accidentally spilled water on the bed which was on day 1. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The bedsheet has curly hair when we checked in and we’re not sure if the sheet was clean and changed. Room is too small we had 2 medium size luggage that wont fit in our room. Literally no space to open the luggages. Theres no closet too. They give 2 water bottles per day and thats it. The breakfast buffet doesnt change at all. You cant even request for a scrambled egg cos they dont make that.

The facilities are old, everything full of mold, the bathroom smelled like mites, we found the wrapper of a condom left on the bed

Breakfast was certainly not too the western taste, the staff were overrun, couldn't keep up with demand. Food was not good, quite swalid throughout.

Affordable for Singaporean standards.. Bars and restaurants close by. Area isn't the most family friendly, it does have a playground across the road.. Seem to have number of adult entertainment venues close by. But I would return..

No windows in bedroom.. But for the price you can't complain.. Breakfast wasn't anything special.

It’s small but perfect for one solo travel for rest. The staff were so friendly.

I did not take advantage of the breakfast, I just went down for coffee in the restaurant to drink it in the room, and the staff refused to give it to me - in response, one of the women pushed me roughly!!! Don't even think about staying in this hotel, it will ruin your stay in the city!

Location was good, staff was nice

Room 104 was on the ground floor in front of reception which can be really annoying with people walking in front all the time.

Clean and comfortable, it is a budget hotel so don't expect 5 star luxury.The breakfast is Asian inspired but tasty.
