Room is small for 5 star hotel, was given room next to the lift and no bath tub

It's really one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Room service is superlative, beds are among the most comfortable I've ever experienced, bathrooms to envy - GHS is the best - don't even get me started on the minibar

maybe more chocolate in the minibar, or larger bottles of wine, oh: more hot sauce with the room service breakfast! - at which point we're dreaming about difficult-to-realize ideals - just a great place with great facilities and great staff

Location is good just near Orchard Road.

The service here is really bad, I didn’t understand the bad rating it had on booking, but when I stayed here it all made sense. The front desk is terrible checking-in and out in terms of charging my card without any prior notice, and when I called to ask for toiletries she was interrogating me and asking if I will use it at the hotel or want to take it with me! I mean I just asked for one bar soap, also I had to call many times to ask for the bell boy and I was late for the airport because of this.

the room was very spacious and well decorated. The hotel is located almost at the corner of Scotts and orchard road, which was very convenient for shopping and accessing the MRT. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we requested a late checkout.

The room could have had more drawers for clothes, but not a major issue. Loved the room as it was.

If they can extend breakfast time for Christmas and new year from closing at 10.30am

I forget to take my precious things inside safe deposit box, thanks to the all employee who has super integrity manner and behaviour, My precious things is safe and back to without any damage or lessened. Eventhough I have to fly back from my country to singapore. The breakfast also super good!

Staff was super friendly . Arrived much earlier than check in and did not even ask if room was free and right away the lady said your room is ready and have a nice stay with us … super

The extra bed for my daughter. The restaurant/bar at the Swimming pool. The garden area.

The light system buttons are very confusing and hard to read. The lack of a sign for "Please, clean the room".The lack of planning for cleaning the rooms. We are out all day and when we get back, the room is still not cleaned.

Great location, spacious rooms, lovely pool area

Truly exceptional. The room is huge. Great work area and a separate comfortable reading chair. Spa and fitness center are amazing. The fitness center is very spacious (not your typical hotel gum). Breakfast is exceptional.

Mainly the location which is close to all things of interest…breakfast and room excellent…the Hyatt seems to do things better than other brands

The hotel was sparking new as they have been renovated recently and the room size is the biggest for hotels on Main Street (orchard)

Room service is very slow it took half an hour to get a bottle of water. The front desk personnel was not really helpful when checking in, she advised that I self carry all my two luggages to my room due to high traffic when I rarely see any guests checking in at the same time. The hotel at this standard should provide better service given the high room rate that guests are willing to pay.

Rooms were beautiful modern and clean

Having two rooms during our visit, I encountered some difficulties with guest services. We were informed that the key to our second room would be delivered to us, but after four follow-up calls, it became clear that I needed to pick it up at the front desk myself which I didn’t mind doing in the first place. Additionally, I sent two messages through the Booking.com platform regarding the preparation of an extra bed, considering that we had booked for three persons, but unfortunately did not receive a response. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told there were logistical challenges. However, I've noticed other hotels respond promptly through the same platform.In regard to the request for a late checkout, I was initially informed that it wasn't possible due to full occupancy. However, when I checked Booking.com, it showed room availability. Later, I was able to arrange an extension at a half-day rate by speaking directly with the team in person.I believe with some additional training and proactive communication, these small challenges could be easily resolved.

Clean, large room, breakfast was fine

Reception is too busy, sometimes have to wait in line. In the room, everything is too automated and the light switches and blind switches are counterintuitive. The toilet is not near the door, but hidden inside. No view from the window. Didn’t see the minibar or the tv remote.

Great location! And lovely rooms. Breakfast also excellent!

Shower water pressure is so bad!Check in/out queueing system is terrible. It's a "all-round" reception system, which it is by luck if u choose to queue behind a fast lane. But of course, it gets on your nerve if u are on a slownlane and see that someone step on to the line opposite and get done in 5mins!

It looked like it went for an upgrade and renovation which looks great. Modern and Fresh. Breakfast had a good selection that catered to all dietary needs. Location was perfect, just off Orchard Road and close to shopping, dining and the train station.

A Neck Pillow menu could be helpful. The pillows are too soft and bad for my neck support. The hotel could also offer magnetic chargers in the room on top of USB and plug options if it wants to be more sustainable and eco friendly. Communication and messaging could be improved in the Booking.com app. I was not given a reply on my car pick inquiry from the airport to the hotel.

Room size. A/c was effective. Quiet .

The shower at bathroom too slow and closets don't has spray that is difficult to clean up
