Straightforward and easy to get in and out

Very VERY noisy. Thin walls and doors opening and closing constantly. I was woken up multiple times every night

The surrounding is clean and receptionist is very friendly.

I sleep on the top and the A/C is not able to lower the temperature that I'll sweat in mid-night

I had a separate room and slept really badly, because it was extremely loud (even the earplugs didn't help).The doors are extremely! loud (cardboard walls), and signs like "Please, close doors quite" obviously don't work at all.

Poor ventilation. Unfortunately, some guests had poor hygiene which made the air constantly unpleasant.

I like the fact its a quite neighborhood very clean, near by restaurants and food corners including Debonair Pizza, MacDonalds, many cultural foodies also 7-Eleven

I arrived at the hotel at 11 am but i was able to wait in lounge while dropping the luggage at the reception. I could use all the facilities except for staying in my pod. After check in you are provided s towel and pod number. The toilets are really spacious has bidet and showers. There are around 8 toilets which is quite good for the amount of people staying there. We are provided a hair dryer and ironing in the common bathroom facilities The storage under the bed has really big depth, with that you can store 2 backpacks or a backpack and a handcarry. The width is not enough so if you have big suitcases then you can leave them in front of the wall of your bed. Fyi I booked the front bed male room. The room has huge mirror on the side and curtain so you can have a change of clothes easily. inside the Pod you can hang clothes, has a charging port and a light. Also have a side tray so you can easily put things on it temporarily till you sleep. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. I would definitely book this place again when visiting singapore. There is a bus station infront of hotel too and sultan mosque is 6 mins away. There is a shop beside the hotel that sells the essentials you want and if its raining you can buy umbrella or a raincoat in there. All in all i would recommend this for solo or duo travellers who want a cheap and safe place to stay at. The place had free water drinks from the fountain and a coffee machine at your disposal anytime.

The thing i didn’t like was it gets noisy sometimes because some people arrive late so you can hear everything like the doors opening and closing. People opening their backpacks and suitcases. Hairdryer sounds and ppl opening the main door to enter the dorm. They give ear plugs for this but i don’t want to feel uncomfortable using it while sleeping so I didn’t use it. If you have your curtain down and you open the light inside. Its easily see through so ppl can see you fully from outside. Only for the lights on. The ladders are really straight if you get the pod on the top. So you require a bit more strength climbing up and down.

Location is good, near many places. It's clean and well taken care of. There's also washing machine but I didn't use it.

A bit noisy, from the street and also from ppl coming in and out. It's expected. Ear plugs are provided, which is good. The pod indicator is rather bright, so I could only sleep on the 2nd day after getting an eye mask.The worse part is the price has increase multiple fold due to it being F1 weekend, and unfortunately, I wasn't there for F1.

The AC was running quite low temp in the sleeping area, but we got used to it.

Location was ideal with easy access to MRT via Bugis and Nicall High, Bugis Street etcThe room had a serene feeling which let you sleep wellBreakfast: There was a Cappuccino, Latte, machine giving access anytime. I didn't see breakfast but we can easily get breakfast from the neighborhood

The staff was superb. They help you with anything you need and available 24 hours. The location was perfect. Close to everything and the surrounding streets were so cute and artsy. Plenty of places to eat. The size of the capsule was good and felt private. They did a great job keeping the facility clean.

The location is very good. They have lots of toilets and showers and they are clean. They have free coffee and water refill.

A lot of people seem to stay for just one night so there’s a lot of coming and going to and from the room especially late at night or early in the morning. Not ideal for good sleep. Quite pricey for a dorm but probably in line with Singapore prices.

Clean and comfortable. Strategic location and amenities. You can get here via Nicoll highway or Bugis station

Not dislike, but an improvement.Maybe can improve on the soundproofing as some guests can woke up at 3am.

Hotel place was good, near places like malls. But only downside is there’s a lot of tourist trap.

You have to be really lucky to not sleep with certain individuals that snores loudly nor talking on the phone in the middle of the night, mostly are Chinese Nationalists that does that.

The location is very convenient. I was walking distance to quite a few tourist spots, resto, and also from the mrt. It was homey and clean.

not a fan of the accessibility to the bed of my assigned room (Lvl 5, Rm 07, Pod 06) It was kinda a hassle esp after a whole day of walking ? once i’m up the bunk, there was no more going down ?but the bed itself is very comfortable, very spacey for me, the head room is also comfortable

Very strong water pressure coming out of the bidets. 3rd toilet particularly.Creating a mess.

Free coffee and the ambiance is good

Maybe the locker room for shoes it should be place not near in the door because when you enter the bad smell will front of you.

Great place, just as described. The pods are spacious and comfortable. Everything is clean and quiet, the staff is super nice and helpful.

Great location, the BEST value for money for single travellers in SG. 2 MRTS within 500m. Golden Mile food center up the road. Perfect for concerts at the Stadium precinct.
