Easy to access the MRT

Don’t mind the room was small. Smelt damp, not clean, how come it was 3 star hotel. The room I was given, looked dirty and dust. The artificial grass was on the floor. The room was next to toilet and could hear people pee. Smelt disgusting!

That this hotel is near to the sites we were planning to visit.

The hotel room was very small. You can say that there was no proper window. The staff were quite unfriendly. Did not even try to help us.

Clean. Strategic location with walking distance to Rochor MRT station.

It is to bright in the room, curtain not dark enough.Mattress is covered with artificial leather, very sweaty and slippery. Pillows feels like a sack of cement.

Not much really. But it was in the heart of Little India.

The rooms were very small and cluster phobic and had no windows. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. There was no space to place the luggage. The toilet and shower was a cubicle - all built in the small space. The toilet seat became wet after a shower.The reception wanted a SGD200 cash security deposit. . I did not have cash on me, but was told it was a must. I had just arrived from the airport, and had to navigate the unknown area to look for an ATM. Booked for two nights. Due to a change in plan we left the following morning. The reception was not manned. Left a note to refund my security deposit and was told by text they can't do a bank transfer. I asked them to post the money to my address instead. They stopped replying. The cost was $112 per night. This was overpriced in my opinion.The photos on the internet was very deceptive.

Front desk staff were friendly upon check in and check out.

The bed and pillows were literally hard plastic bricks covered by a thin sheet. Towels were dingy and stained and the room felt unclean. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the hot water and there were no instructions given. Our room faced out on to the street and it was very noisy all night.

Shower in corner of wall in same room as toilet. No provision for shower curtain so water goes everywhere over toilet and basin. Cannot close window once opened, as has no handle to pull close.TV was faulty as top part is blurry.

staff behavior is not friendly, everybody is so professional attitude. Bed is not comfortable. Me and my wife doesn't speed properly.

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Singapore and found the location to be incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The front office and all staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their hospitality was a real highlight.

However, the dining experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, the chef’s attitude was poor, and the food quality and taste were far below expectations. This was the only downside to an otherwise pleasant stay.

Was never cleaned properly? We were missing toilet paper for 4 whole days but we also never said anything

Location is OK. But the breakfast provided was very disapponting. More over waited for one hour for a coffee!

Drinking water provided is limited quantity.

Location near Rotor MRT and also walkable distance to Bugis MRT, good restaurants nearby are the only plus

Hotel was not clean, I had to request repeatedly to get my rooms cleaned at least twice during the stay, WiFi didn't work at all most times.

Honestly Hotel Location is very nice, Close to 2 major MRT. Reaching all the Point is super dam comfortable from here (Metro as well as Bus) Indian food easily available. Mustafa market is very close (walkable) so over all good

They don't server food in the hotel. So some one has to go down but if we request them they allow as a special case. But yes it's nice in taste. Beds are not so comfortable. Rooms are pretty small but okie...

Staff was somewhat friendly

Not worth the price for such a small space. My room wasn’t cleaned properly before checking in. Very loud during the night bed was very hard didn’t have much sleep during my stay. Bugs in bathroom by shower. Elevator is very noisy
