Pros +
- Style and comfortable bed!
- we were only there for one night. we understand Singapore is expensive but come on. there were hairs in the bed, we didn’t make a big issue about it as we work in the hospitality business and we didn’t want to be a bother, the sheets seemed to be clean but we found what seems to be legs hair in the duvet… overall very pricey very small rooms funky smell but the girl at the front desk was very helpful and friendly
- Won’t go back again.
Cons -
- Nothing, but could do more to encourage guests into the bar; it was empty throught my stay and reception team did nothing to explain, there was no welcome drink, no happy hour.
- Buzz sound from PA sound speaker all the time (including night sleeping time). The sound bothering too much and affect sleeping quality.
- but I can’t receive any invoice from the hotel for the nights and for the bar an I need it for my expenses!!! And booking doesn’t provide those invoice detailed

Close to little Indian and cheap meals And the wonderful women that served us breakfast
Getting cut off drinking early in the morning
This is a boutique hotel close to Little India! There was a huge selection of food and entertainment venues within easy walking distance. And of course, being in Singapore, no worries for safety no matter what the time of day. We really enjoyed the complimentary evening cocktail times in the club lounge (which was the bar). The staff were super friendly and took great care of us! Special thanks to Ms. Chelm. Ms. Phoebe, Shah, and Chef Vijeya for a memorable stay!
I rented a car to facilitate some business meetings. Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking available. However, the street parking was cheaper than expected and in most cases, it was easy to find a place close to the hotel. The only issue was weekend evenings as the entertainment venues are very busy until early in the morning. The breakfast choices were limited, however they all tasted great, and the amount of food was more than enough!
Great decor and staff. Good cocktails
The rooms smelled musty as there was no extractor fan. Alot of noise from construction site next door
Very central location, the hotel bar is amazing and the hotel's own cocktail really fab - a 'Must-Try' Fantastic staff and a special mention to a great barman and fab choices of cocktails.
prices a little steep.
The cleanliness and friendly staff, the ambience is really nice and relaxing as well
nothing, everything was beautifully well done
The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly and caring. The chef and dining staff are efficient and friendly. I did not want to leave a place where I felt so at home. The space is elegant and I would recommend getting the breakfast which is delicious.
Everything was delightful. I highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel.
Friendly staff
Bathroom : no outletsNot female user friendly
Decorated lobby that fits what you see in the pictures.
Rooms are poorly maintained, leather doors are peeling off, looks dirty and yucky. Room is old n cramped. Switches for the sink is so stiffly that needs great strength to turn on. Room service is most terrible, called 5 times for a bucket of ice and it didn’t come. There is only 1 toothbrush, and there’s no other amenities. Regardless how many time we called front desk, there is no one. Upon checking out, no one is at front desk, long wait again!
Our room and the hotel decor was very nice and quite unique and the staff were generally helpful and friendly. The air conditioning was cool (sometimes too cool) and quiet. Although the room wasn't overly large there was generally enough space for two people with luggage.
The club lounge opening hours, food and drinks were very limited, and breakfast was well below average again with a limited menu. Also, the hotels location wasn't ideal from a tourist point of view and the nearest MRT was a 20 min walk.
Different und unexpectedFun place in a fun area (Little India)
Everything very tight (entrance/bad/room) and rather dark
Location was excellent. Hotel was everything we were looking for in quirky, inviting and very comfortable. Staff were great; friendly and very helpful.
Plumbing was an issue. Shower drainage needed cleaning as the room started to flood.Room was a bit tight. Should have gone for bigger room.
staff friendly room clean
room small for the price pillows caused stiff neck, bring your own ?Nespresso machine was not working! view was disappointing, in fact no viewwhisky library (claimed to be one of the world’s greatest) didn’t even order whisky. had two gin and tonic for $61! who puts sprite with gin?! was there even gin in it?? a glass of gin and tonic at any decent bar would hv costed on average $14-18++. such a scam! overall not worry the money $387 per night! better plan where to park. Song Lin building(industrial) is the nearest carpark but the condition of the carpark was super run down with lots of heavy vehicles entering and leaving! $.60/30mins. either parallel park along the road (if any lots) or try multistorey carpark along towstead… a 7 mins walk to the hotel! such a letdown Mariott! you can do better than this!
Unique design
Another bad Singapore hotel. Pretty much all bad. Only exception was Fullerton. Just Singapore is the worst. Avoid at all costs for years is our recommendation!!!
a very exquisite place with nice decor and atmosphere.
Comfortable and charming hotel. Very helpful and courteous staff. Would definitely stay here again.
nice design, friendly staff
